Recently I had addicted to Facebook. Basically it is just a website that allow us to stay in touch with each others, while also enjoy up to 1000 free applications. Specifically, I only attracted by those free games like bejewel, hangman, crosswords etc. Not much intention of getting more friends or stay in touch (as may suffer the side effect – red bomb etc).

However while I am enjoying the game, my friends circle in Facebook also growth uncontrollable. I think all this is because I joined the TARC circle. Time to remove myself from there. Scared2…

I want Iphone!

Finally I have my first hand experience about Iphone. My kelig just bought an Iphone back from US and I got a chance to grab it, yes, physically. I was so crazy about Iphone when it first launch and when I hold it on my hand, I just feel unbelievable.

Although there are still plenty of problems and critics, but I don't mind paying $399 just to own 1. However according to my kelig, only 016 support the full functionalities, whereas 012 and 019 still waiting for improvement. Furthermore, the second generation of Iphone has new firmware updated where we do not have the crack yet. I think still got few more months to wait. Damn.

Hoteles

I still remembered when Air Asia first launch they provided the multi-lingual help desk, which impressed me very much because of the localization. Coming from the call center background made me understand that languages are prioritized and the key to win especially running a customer service line.

Today, there are many multi-lingual hotel website that ease the surfer/customer to read and book the Hoteles online. However when it comes to the booking over the phone, mostly only served 1 language. Somehow Hotels.com is making the process easier for Spanish-speaking travelers because they have a dedicated customer service center (800-316-4145) provided to meet the needs and interests of Spanish-speaking individuals in the United States.

Naik Naik!

So unfortunate enough I just came across that the NKVE (Elite highway) I use to travel office/home is going to raise the toll fees again. This time is not 10cents or 20 cents but big 10percents!

Currently I am paying 6.40 each time I need to use the highway. Yeah it is a sky-high amount for me and I will only use it during emergency (rushing for meeting because stepping in late again). Otherwise I will take LDP for the sake of saving for 1.60, which allow me to afford another toll in LDP.

However due to this very expensive impact, plus the gas price is going to raised (I heard up to 2.50/l) next year. I think its time for me to consider riding bike, or change a nearby job in order to walk there.

T-Sys Open House

Burp. Yes, last Friday itu T-System open house with buffet lunch provided. Let me rewind back a bit back to few weeks ago, itu T-System advertised their open house news big big in the Sun newspaper. The event was held at Cyberview Lodge, just next to the company they are bidding.

Their intention is simple. First, korek the peoples from cyber just to build a stronger base. Secondly, I think they are trying to show the statement to HP by saying: I don't have anything here, but the only thing I have is money. Haha.

Nevertheless T-system is a very potential company **bias!**. This event shows that they are really keen in getting the contract. Well, although they have not really won the contract but at least they achieved the purpose in a way of buying our (the staffs) loyalty, and also impress the management by using their generosity (money) and sincerity (power). Comparing with itu HP, they just keeping quiet and thought the contract will fall on them… I think its time for itu HP to show us something…
