After a deep consideration and discussion with the siblings, our conclusion is that we decided to go for the reno without further worry about the submission of plan and approval. This is risky because it might turn out that we are paying higher and taking longer duration to complete the grand reno.
However, I dont care anymore. I think this is a game from our society, or to be exact, the game of our gomen trying every possible way to suck every drop from their citizen. But anyhow, according to our calculation, even if we are paying the kopi money every single day, the accumulated total will definitely lesser than the formal fining, the cost of reconstruction to meet the stupid standard, the cost for the whole blood sucking processing fees, and of course, the forever waiting time.
So, after the weighing and scaling, it is obvious that we are no longer effing care about that. Just EFF'EM and take cautious of every step. Wish us luck.

iphone 4, JP or Gold bullion?
My wish list is getting longer now but my income could barely survive from my desires. Not to mention the monthly commitment I already have, now it just getting longer - ie. House loan, which going to take a huge chunk of my monthly salary. Apart from that, the money I have on hand are reserved for the renovation and purchasing all the necessary household equipments to furnish the house. Basically I have nothing left and seriously thirst for more income.
So far as I know the best and quickest investment is gold bullion. But with all the commitments I have mentioned above, plus the stubbornness of trying to get the materialistic item like iphone 4 and the cheap japan air ticket (in return of an expensive trip), I guess I need a personal financial planner indeed...

GG3
While I keep whining how I've got effed up by the hectic tasks that caused by the house, I am also taking time to masak my favorite gossip girl series. The season 3 has been on aired for a while but I only watch it recently, to be exact, few days ago and i am now on say... 15 or 17. Haha... Of course this comes with a price, a nonstop and long hour (>8) and watch til 5 or 6 in the morning, and slept only few hours each day then proceed with the admin tasks. High, I would say. haha..
But no regret. Among all the characters in the cast, I love Chuck and Serena the most. And I hate almost all others except Lily and Blair. Why Chuck and Serena? I guess it is the uncontrolled situation they always got into, and the way on how they solved thing, in a very contrast way - Chuck is the one who always sweep his own ass, but for Serena, she always need helps from others to clean her shits. Its shitty but somehow I think she deserves the help. Well, afterall, how could you resist a almost-close-to-perfect blond and wealthy socialite right? Furuthermore, she is far more better than Paris Hilton. hahaa...

Well, you gonna hear me whining nonstop for the house thing. But I just couldnt help it cause it really gives me hell a lot of trouble along the way. I do hope that I can just simply wave the magic wand and everything is in order and I am moved in. But in reality, this is just impossible and it has to go through the harsh and ugly way.
Again, while I am under the pressure of getting the reno started asap, I am also facing obstacles from almost all aspects. First I am forcing the contractors to start without further thinking, I know this will lead to a bigger problem later but I just couldnt wait any longer or otherwise, the real problem is the biggest. Secondly, I have a long shattered glass hell-way waiting for me to settle the damn paper works which somehow involved monies which is eventually also a huge constrain for me.
Apart from that, I also require to pick up the mess where I started, and it is now doubled it back to me, and also busy looking for material and also the constant monitoring. Hell ya, I just hope that tomorrow meeting with boss is just another plain talking with no follow up cause I just couldnt afford any real task in my 9-6pm work now...

Military Degrees
I participated in various camping since I was 15, from the lay back education camp to a harsh "devil" camp. It was all to prepare myself to equip the knowledge to be independent, strong minded and survives under all weathers (all kind of situation). Indirectly, it also helps to prepare someone who is ready to serve their country.
Seriously speaking, in today's world kids are overly protected by parent. Partly because of the twisted society we are living in, and therefore the camps which I happened to participated (or enjoyed) for are no longer available.
Somehow, thanks to the online military degrees, there is still hopes for youngsters who are ready to earn a college degree online while they serving their country, or to advance the military career, or prepare for exit from the military.

I thought I have settled every facility bill, which I had but I forgot the cukai tanah and cukai pintu which are equivalent important (or more than) the facilities. It turns out as the pain in the ass as the stupid cukai pintu required damn a lot of time to check/screen and approval. 1 month at least the officer told me.
But that's not all, the application for renovation hurts the most. I just got to know today from the god damn DBKL that for cases like us, we are required to employ the architect to draw the floor plan and submit for the STUPID DBKL OSC fortnightly meeting for the approval. Solely this piece of drawing and submission will easily cost 3 to 5k.
That's not all, cause after the first approval, the plan will undergo 4 god damn departments for screening and background check and that, will take about 1.5 month and not guarantee for approval. The result will be either came back as approved (unlikely) or commented (very likely). Then the resubmission required another 2 weeks (because of that stupid blood sucking meeting) and the whole process will be ended in 3 months if we are lucky enough.
From what I heard, this rule was newly implemented but from the chat i had with one of the architects, it is not something new. Just the same old product covered with another skin. What a stupid joke in our stupid gomen. This clearly a channel for those CB blood sucking pig to earn side income. And the branches just got more and more and eventually delayed till you death if you dont have enough bullets to serve them well. WTF! Malaysia really boleh!

House PM
Getting a new house and the process to get it done until move in stage is just like running a huge project. It requires humongous amount of effort to manage the resources, time and cost. Most importantly is keeping the balance of all these 3 elements in order to optimized each of them.
I thought I can simply leave it for my brother to run the show but somehow since it tagged to my name, it resulted that I need to run those administration work which turns out it plays a very initial and major part of this whole project.
I truly understand the hardest part is coming soon, there are more challenges and questions to be overcome but I hope, and I believe with their help, we can solved it all. Now, time is money and I couldnt risk losing it against the timeline.
