I am not sure what kinda phone system my company is using but one thing for sure is I can't lock it. Due of this I have to clean up my cubicle whenever I step in office as the desk is very messy, docking station pushed in, mouse left aside, phone cable curled up, and my phone is definitely uses by the night shifter.
Unlike my ex-company they have the VoIP Phone Systems that we can lock the phone. Every one of us also equipped with a personal headset that we can keep and avoid sharing. Maybe it's time for me to request one also.
