Last night one of my aunties from far far relation died. Causes still remain unknown because today only my mom will attend the funeral there. In fact she was very healthy when I met her last year during my cousin sister’s wedding. We were at the same table and she even drank wine, ate lobster etc. However she has moved on now and I felt sorry to her direct family.
Well, that’s not the end. Because today I receive an sms from my friend during the lunchtime, that another secondary schoolmate’s father got involved in an accident this morning and passed away. Gosh what is going on? 2 people died in 2 days, within my network. While feeling sorry but I am also very down and depress about the fragility of human’s life. Sigh, so dark and gray, the sky.

Emergency Supplies
Although we have many clinics around our residence area, I still think that it is imperative for each household to have the sufficient medical supplies at home. I got 3 young monkeys at home and their ultra hyper activeness always caused them injury, either on knees, elbows, or hands and legs.
Although these are just small physical injury but it is better to stock up in order to prevent some unforeseen circumstances. Furthermore these medical supplies are not only meant for children, but it will come very handy especially an adult was in need, eg. Accident, or being a patient after surgery etc.

When's My Turn?
My senior is going for her Europe trip next week, while I will suffer alone here. (TOO BAD). She is very lucky because her husband was sent there for training and therefore she just buy a ticket and fly there for a week.

I discovered this place from the TV travelouge hosted by Chooi Ling, the Astro girl. She was sent to this place and visits the mysteriously beautiful scene and it was aired at Wah Lai Toi weekly.
Although it is just a small small village that covers by the snow and mountains, and even require a 3 hours train ride from Tokyo plus 1 additional hour of car ride just to get in there, I am actually thinking to include this place in my journey of wandering Japan.

My friend is a journalist who wrote the finance page for a local newspaper firm. We are graduates from IT but he decided to follow his dream to pursue the financial line. I am very impressed by his hardworking because he does not have any finance certification and he started from low level.
Today he managed to own a page of the newspaper and publish his financial journals on weekly basis. Recently he is thinking to change company and I suggested him to search for a financial jobs blog because first he does not have certification. Secondly by hopping the jobs blog, he may know more key persons that may give him proper advice. Hope he take my suggestion though.

Paypal Service Charge?
If you have registered and verified your account in Paypal before, then I am quite sure you will be familiar with this. During the verification, Paypal will charge a small amount to your credit card and use the approval code as the verification code.
Same if you would like to verify the US bank account in Paypal. However Paypal will charge not 1 but 2 small transactions in the statement and you are required to enter it in the verification page. I have did that but I am not sure if they will pay me back, but according to first time experience when I verify my credit card, they did refunded. Hopefully this time too..

Paypal vs US bank
Recently I am asking my friend who is at US now to withdraw the money from my Paypal in order to use it and buy iPhone. YES I am going to be the 16gb owner very soon, muahahaaa. Thanks to this I actually found out that it is not easy even to withdraw money to the local US bank.
The tricky part is the numbering. On top of just account number, we are actually require a routing number for verification purposes and this routing number does not comes with the account opening unless specify. Furthermore each routing number is different because it follows the state. Although the bank website do have the information but then still, there are subcategorized as wire transfer, ACH and ABA. So far I have entered the ACH and no error return, but lets see how it goes.

Relocation Soon
We received the memo from the top management saying we are going to shift our current office to the new building. The plan has been discussing since last June and do not have any decision because of the uncertainty of outsourcing plan. However recently we are confirmed that we will be moving very soon because the contract has been signed but location wise still unknown.
However we are talking about few hundreds employees here and I think our company gotta hire a professional moving companies in order to ensure every tiny thing go smoothly. While I am excited, but I am still worry as I like the current floor plan because I made many friends here and can't guarantee it will be the same if we moved. Let's wait and see then.

Very Heavy
While we are burden with the heavy workload now, my ex-program manager came to our office. BAD NEWS! In fact never have any good news when we see him.
This time, they are transitioning the trading project, which happened few months ago. This morning he approaches my senior and previewed her that they going to dump the DM to us also (What the heck?). Well we left one resource, and taking and cleaning all her 'sourvenirs' while boss don't plan to replace a new one. Now another huge load going to flood us again? Shit..
Well although it's obviously a shit but I don't think we can dodge for this time. Because I have a small talk with him this afternoon and according to him, he has spoken this to my big boss and direct boss, then he will stay for another week here to discuss the details. Basically I am speechless liao, please kill me.

Today one of the service lines have the team appreciation lunch because they won the don’t know what compass award. I am quite close with this department, not because I am the support for them, but just sitting nearby, also because I am part of the extended team members.
As such, I was invited (because in the distribution list) for the free lunch. Out of my surprise, I got to know that each of the team member will be getting a gift - Mp4 player as a small token of recognition. However, I am not entitle to it (!@#$%) because I am the extended staff. But for me, come to think of it, we are supporting you and helping out the DM processes, are you suppose to recognize our effort also?? So unfair!

Grads Scheme
The currently company that I am working with have a special scheme for the graduates called G-Scheme. This G-scheme is actually designed for the graduates with good result to apply. The company will have a perfect plan to place them in different areas for 3 years, and changes every year just to absorb the experience. After 3 years time later, these bunches of grads will be offer a tremendous good position, eg. Manager or team leader etc because they are expected to gain the revenue back for the company.
Comparing to the old staffs like me, we do not have such planned or good offer even I worked here for another 10 years, but perhaps still do not get a team leader post. However I wonder if I am still qualify if I get a online degree and enroll to this G-Scheme. Nah, maybe I am way too old for that. What about you?

Super Sui
Tuesday, 26 Feb when I was driving out to return the medical card for that Hesper Insulting, my tyre got puncture at the highway and I spent about an hour just to replace it with the spare.
It was a terrible experience because I am risking my life from avoiding all types of vehicle flying by while I changing the tyre. I am glad that still alive writing the post here but my luck seem not really good. After I have returned the card and on my way back home, the motorist pointed at my front wheel telling that it’s flatted.
Imagine how worrying enough when you are driving normally (with spare tire) and suddenly someone told you that your tyre punctured. Well let me tell you it was even worse and terrible experience when it happened again especially I do not have another spare tyre and it was happened at the same day!
But somehow and very lucky enough that’s just a false alarm after I turned back from Federal Highway and found a workshop at Old Klang Road. However, this accident really ‘sui’, just as what the zodiac prediction mentioned. I hope this is it, no more accident please. And as a conclusion, I will still blame it to that Hesper Insulting although it is not their fault. Hahaa…

Hesper Insulting Sucks!
I was contracted to this headhunter company one year ago and everything was fine until the last month when I got converted to the permanent position with the host company.
The story goes like this. All the while Hesper Insulting issued my payroll before I got a permanent position with the hosting company. As for the conversion I am no longer attach with the agency and as such they would like to collect back the medical card that issued last September due to the new policy. (Initially we are not entitled to any medical coverage when we accepted as a contractor)
Well it is reasonable for me to return the medical card and I do not have any objection when they asked me to. However I kept this as low priority and thought of only bring it back when I’m free because their office located at Mid Valley and it is kinda inconvenient for me, as I did not pass by during my daily route to office/home.
They are several follow up from the agency about returning the card but none of the conversation mentioned that this will possibly delay my pay day until the last minute, which is yesterday, the agent told me that the agency’s HR couldn't release my last month salary if they do not receive the card. Isn’t this ridiculous and sounds like threatening? I was damn furious with their poor coordination, lack of communication and stupidity because if they had informed me earlier then I can settle it last week. Why must they delay this piece of most critical information until the last minute then only inform me?
Most importantly, due to the awkward joining date my new salary only comes in by 15 March. In other words, I will have to suffer from money issue for 1.5 months if the agency delays my payday! Luckily I was working from home yesterday and thus able to slip out during the lunchtime just to bring the card for them. However thanks to this incident, I will make sure I wont get a job from this agency anymore. Moreover, I met a terrible accident during the journey to return the god damn card!

D400 SLR?
I think I got deeply influenced by CP lately. Because of her I am thinking to get 1 D400 and practice my skill before I go Japan. (BTW, the Japan plan also brain washed by her). But come to think of it, this is the lifetime experience because I plan to go not only 1 or 2 but 3 to 4 weeks. So it is better to get this precious memory snap down clearly because I might not travel back there anymore. Furthermore the camera can keep for the next trip, next next trip, or next few more trips. Haha..

Recently CP has been bombing me with her dream trip pictures - Hokkaido. Her main purpose this time is to check out the lavender season, which blooming every year around July. Well I won't jealous because lavender is not my favorite but what I really wanna see is the calla lilies.

Nihon E Ikitai
I have been speaking about my Japan trip for decades but so far it have never become the reality. This year, as I finally got a permanent job after the 2 years of contract hopping, I am now appreciates the annual more comparing to before. Furthermore the currently company gives us 20 days annual leaves per annum, I will be such a dumbass if I misuse them.
As such, this year I am planning to take all the leaves in one shot (if possible) and go wander around Japan. I know this is kinda crazy because on top of the money, still money is the problem. However, with the great influences (brain wash?) by CP, I believe my longwinded dream will comes true with her super ability to search the cheap cheap accommodation. So CP, domo onegaishimasu! haha..

Rambo 4
Just watched the movie from the Internet. Well if you ask me choose my favorite between CJ7 and Rambo 4, I would say Rambo for this time. Simple, my impression of Stephen Chow’s movies are all about nonsense. No brain needed and laugh for the sake of laugh only. That’s what all we like it. But in CJ7 it seems the line has changed, to the point that I don't quite know how to appreciate. Or rather to say, don't match his style. Well I believe many of you disagree but this merely my personal opinion.
No harsh feeling, and of course, my answer will be different if you ask me 10 years ago between Stephen Chow’s movie and Rambo series. Furthermore, I don't think Stallion Sylvester have the buffer to jack in more medication to his body in order to look good. Bravo to Mister Sylvester for the wonderful physical effect. I hope this will be the last before he collapses. Hahaa..

My brother really over pampered me. Remember I wrote about my Nokia phone battery is dying? Well it’s officially dead because it can’t even stay for 1 day. When my mom knows that, she asked my sister to lend me her spare Motorola, which only stays in my hand for 2 weeks before my brother sold all of the old phones.
Last night, he brought a Nokia 6288 home and swaps my SIM in it. As much as I refused to be the first hand owner but after all I also died died accepted. HAHA. In fact this is not the first time he pampered me in such a way but anyhow he promised that he would take it back after I got the iPhone. Perhaps I should buy another set for him also, but again, who is going to use this 6288 by then?

Lately have been discussing non-stop with CP on her family lavender trip to Japan and my All Inclusive Cancun Vacation. However both of us still have not find a conclusion but our heart have already flown out from our country. Moreover I still think if I should go for the "backpacking walk-till-I-death Japan trip" or "Relaxing and escape all-inclusive-cancun Vacation".
Aaarrrggghhh I cant wait to go for a breakaway holiday now but I am in the crossroad don't know what to do. As per my motto, I want to spend the minimum but enjoy the most. That's why I don't mind to walk a lot, but on another hand the cancun vacation also really attractive because everything is included. Scandals
When I have not see the pictures I believe they are innocents. But seems like the paper really have a lot under covered and thus many of us can’t believe our own eyes when we look at them. As a reader, 2008 really is all about the scandals year for us. Apart from the impressive 1 Jan video, then we followed by the audio. Now the scandal even extended to HK and spread like a wildfire worldwide. Got people happy got people sad, but again as a reader we are none of them. However, the end beneficiary? Sensitivity
Ask you a question. Are all ladies also less sensitive when comes to automobile? Nevertheless I agreed that ladies are sensitive with all the matters but when it comes to technical, gadget and automobile, they will totally lost.
Like this evening, I received a call from my colleague that her car was not able to start while I in office was writing the second post. After a few help out we found that in fact the battery was more than 2 years, which totally exceed the life. I think she consider lucky because the case happened at the office. But what if it happens in some car park mind night after the clubbing etc? Can’t imagine. So ladies, please don't just keep your sensitiveness within the peoples but extend it to something around you too.

We went to a booth and asked for the demonstration. They are selling extremely expensive here but the features really fascinating. I was amazed when it first launch, and seems like someone also got hypnotized by the charm of this gadget too. I think very soon we both gonna own the same model of phone. Hahaa..

Although I just came back from the casino few nights ago but I seems to addict with the game. However due to the work, I can't really travel there for enjoyment. Will you read the megazine about a city? Well I will and I am totally in love with it. Especially when I loitering around the bookstore the first section I will visit is the travel column. I love travel and reading this information can make me have the feeling of visiting the place, especially if the megazine comes with the pictures of the people, scenery and foods. Tasty!
Recently my friend and me have been discussing the trip to US. Although States is world's top country but I am still not familiar with the places and cultures. Perhaps I should start with Denver because I read the Denver Magazine and basically it covers all the information that I needed. I.E: local business, political and cultural buzz. Chor 10 - Uncle Lim give Ang Pao
Purposely skipped Japanese class today because my friend came back from HK and wanna have lunch with us. Very glad to see her happy ever after, but I am happier when received the double ang paos from her… :P
I straight to home after the lunch to pick my mom, then meet my cousins and shoot up to Genting right away. We met uncle lim’s tomb during our way up to Genting. Feel very creepy but not really scary because the tomb was built just next to the street, but was decorated nicely by the lighting and plantations.
The whole night I played only the baccarat. From the original RM200 down to just RM25, then at last gain back additional RM15 before we left the casino. Consider myself very lucky because at least I get back the modal, but pity my uncle and cousin brother in law who contributed a lamppost there.

Today I am very happy because I was invited to Daniel’s house at Rawang for the reunion gathering with all my ex-college mates then second round to clubbing. (Actually the reunion gathering was set up by me because I wanna look for a place to gambling only. Furthermore the invitation was sent by moi on behalf of Daniel **Evil me** Muahahaa….)
Very fun gathering, other than I had my breakfast, lunch and tea-time within 2 hours and all at the night time, but overall very glad to see them all again. The black jack session ma, only won few bucks again, but again, better than nothing right?

Chor 6 to Chor 8 - Work Work Work!
The subsequent days after Chor 5 are all about works. Nothing much interested other than sitting in meeting room playing crouching tiger hidden dragon by throwing dagger and shooting kamehameha in the email.
But Chor 7 night I went steam boat with my former air stewardess friend and her husband. That’s not important because the fun part is after the dinner; I went to their apartment and see the latest HK scandal pictures. Wow Wow Wow, one word say it all – ridiculous. Gees, what has the world became??

Chor 5 - Open Work Day
Chinese Zodiac say today is good for the horse to start working. However, it was just a co-incident that I am back to work on today because I don’t have annual leaves yet.
So far so good but the first day was damn busy. Basically don’t even have time to open my msn and check yahoo email. However I left office slightly earlier because I have a dinner date with my ex-colleagues at Puchong’s Hei Loi Dang. Then we went to Ching2 house ‘bok sat’ until 11.30pm. Won few bucks but better than nothing right?
(BTW, ching2 is very very the big but very very nice. Got lake view some more, next time must go kacao her more often, especially the Nintendo Wii... muahahaaa…)

Chor 4 - Dine and Game
Finally, today is my first happy CNY day after the previous 3 suffered days. Had a good rest and then went to my aunt house again. This time better cause all my kaki are back. Again, dine for hours (eat and eat and eat, my tummy still bulging now) then play cards game – In Between.
Although there are only 6 of us but the money was we accumulated are tremendously high. Spent few hours for the game and in the end, no win no loose. Well after all I think it is better than just loose eh?

Chor 3 - Pitiful Driver
The plan was initiated by my sister where she wanna go Ipoh and pay a visit to our uncle and aunty. 10 years never keep contact and suddenly asked to drive there, gosh! Luckily I did some home work last night by studying the map from Google earth (perfect!) so the journey was perfectly accurate (not a single wrong turn) although feels like a treasure hunt.
However, we spent 4 hours to go, and another 4 hours to travel back while the normal journey only takes about 2 hours for 1 way. Why? Long hours during the Go was because we turned in Bidor - Ban Zhan Lao for the famous duck drumstick noodle which used us half hour to jam to the town, and 15 minutes to wait for the seat, and another 30 minutes to wait for the foods, but only take 15 minutes to finish the meal…
Then, we reached the destination but only stayed for 2 hours, and only got a RM2 ang pao (**Almost fainted**). Furthermore we are forced to take the dinner approximately 3 hours after our lunch. I was totally bulged by the foods, burrrrrrrrrrrp.

Thanks to the very exhausted Chor 1, I pampered myself in dreamland until 2pm for Chor 2. Woke up a while have my lunch then dozed off again from 4 – 6pm. I thought my mom won’t ask me to send her for the coming days since I was sleeping deadly. Apparently I was wrong, because I was asked (or force again?) to be a driver to Ipoh on next day.
My Chor 2, basically nothing much other than just sleep and eat, then eats and sleeps again. Feels much rejuvenated because at least got to enjoy the tranquil at home, and of course – food.

Ok, this is back track post. Because after the feast during the Nin 30 nite, I think it will be good if I could write down how I 'celebrate' my CNY this year. So I can at least read this again next year in order to avoid the same mistake. Hahaa..
I went on bed last night before 2am because I was advised (or warn?) by my mom to wake up earlier so we can have more time to pay a visit to my aunt who is staying at OUG. Well, I was asked (or forced?) to woke up before 12 noon and eventually went out on time.
Not something what I expected, I do not have the kaki to gambling because all my gang went out. I was there having buffet from 4 to 7pm non-stop (actually not buffet but some food cooked by my aunt, just that I started eating from 4-7pm…)
Right after the lunch (or dinner?), I watched TV time until 1am. Well most importantly not to forget to mention my part time job – eyeing the kids so the senior citizens can play mahjong peacefully and happily. What a Chor 1…

Nin 30 Nite
I feel very special at these 2 days. First I got converted quite immediate, cause I signed the employment letter by Monday then with immediate effect I am staff by Tuesday. Then Wednesday is CNY eve, which I am suppose to work from home but due to the conference call I am back in office now.
Feeling strange although there is no relation but I sense some co-incidents, something that is work related. Just like I was destined to be back in the office, to this position, and to this company. Perhaps it means something to my career on the coming year, or something that I might not even aware of. Anyway, whatever that comes ahead also does not matter cause after all I still gotta face it. So by now I just hoping that I can stay healthy, wealthy and prosperous. Most importantly is happy CNY to myself, and all of you.

My secondary buddy called me few weeks ago because he wanna pre-book me to have dinner at his house by last Saturday. I got totally no idea that the dinner was in fact her daughter's 1 year old birthday bash, cause initially I thought it was just a normal dinner since it has been long time since we met.
On top of I did not prepare anything, but I also can't believe I am finally categorized as uncle group. Especially during the party looking at other secondary school buddy transformed into professional uncle/daddy. OMG, i can't imagine what if one day it's my turn. Scary!

Sign Mai San Kai
Despite all the wind wind rain rain today I finally sign my mai san kai as the permanent staff. So ironically I have the 1 on 1 with my boss right before the signing ceremony. However I can feel that my boss also kinda reluctant to discuss my package etc. Perhaps he is feeling bad, afterall he was the one for being so unsupportive and rejected all my request.
Anyway, I do not have time to look back. What past has past. The only thing I hope now is to look forward, work harder so I and negotiate a better package on the coming performance review. Yeah I have not give up yet!

Mentally Block
Perhaps I played too many rounds of mental block game, now I am getting stuck in writing the post. Normally it took me about 10 minutes to complete a paid post but just now I spent almost 30 minutes just to think of an idea. Other than the fact I am sleepy but I also feel that it is not easy for me to squeeze the idea in writing paid post comparing with the beginning time.

After the recent visit to the NBA court I am all heat up for the Miami Heat Tickets. I can't wait to experience the live match by standing inside the stadium shouting and cheering with the crowds. I Settle My Summonses!
Finally I settled them, all 4 of them in Shah Alam daerah office. I am indeed deadly happy because initially the purpose I write paid post is because I wanna settle the god damn 4 very expensive summonses.
However it is a bonus for me because other than settled them, I also entitled the discount from the appealed. After all it is worth to wait for so long but also feel a bit awkward because where got people got fine but still felt happy after paying them? Perhaps only I have these weird thoughts.

My Iphone plan - failed
As what my previous post said, I am dying for a IPhone. However according to my friend who is currently in US now, he said the cracked IPhone cost around $500 with no guarantee and warrantee. As much as I like it but I think I really have to drop the plan of buying because my current phone's battery can't even last for 10 hours.
Although I am using my sister phone as temporary but I am thinking to get Sony Ericsson Z250i in order to wait for local dealer to launch IPhone. Sigh, now I only hope the normal one will drop price when the 3G version of IPhone launch...

Mentally Imbalance
Recently this mentally imbalance has been occurring at my work place. I notice other than me, my colleagues around also having the same symptoms. Basically the root cause lies on the recent heavy traveling, regardless of business or personal trip.
Especially for me, it is not only my colleagues but many friends of mine from other company also got to travel on business trip. Some even migrate. However on another hand I am not jealous or envy (actually I am) especially looking at how they suffer from the workload after the business trip. But honestly, I am willing to suffer if I got the chance once day. Haha…

Very Lazy
It is 1.19am now and I am still having many works to do. I suppose to finish them few hours ago but due to my super laziness, I left the precious BGT unwritten and also have not even write a word for my Japanese homework.

How U Call Ur Love One?
Last night we had an interesting topic during the year-end dinner with my colleagues. We spoke about this question: How do you call your love one? This seems to be a very difficult question because those married one had a hard time to think. End up we conclude that this is in fact base on the year of marriage.
Say for example, our parents that married for more than 30 years. One of my colleagues said his parent address each other as 'Hey'. However for the newly wed, according to them there are many possibilities, depending on the time and venue. Interesting isn't it? So how you address you loved one?

Ridiculous
Last night my mom told me that there was something terrible happened to my cousin sister. She was having stomachache and thus admitted to hospital. The doctor diagnosed that she has cecal and was sent for operation in order to remove it. However and unfortunately the diagnosis was incorrect and she had to suffer from the surgery for no purpose. 2 weeks later after she recovered from the operation, she found the stomachache still persisted. This time she was diagnosed that she is in fact having Ectopic Pregnancy. The abortion has complication and hence she was sent for another surgery as emergency.
Personally I think this is madness. With today's advance technology I don't understand how can the hospital made such stupid mistake and let the patient suffered. I will definitely hire a Medtronic lawyer if this kind of unfortunate events happen on me. However my cousin sister was so good that she forgive the doctor. I feel very unfair for her because this is life threatened mistakes and I think she should consult the legal website like Youhaverights.com.

Permanent Position
There are many things happened to me for the past 2 weeks. I was offered a permanent position with a super low basic rate (lower than my previous job) and I was in fight with my boss in order to request higher but failed. Well the overall package is ok but it was top up with the allowances, which I don't think it is practical because allowance is subject to each company.
However my boss have a different view and I was struggled with his stubbornness in securing the salary range. I spoken with him twice and he rejected me twice. Ironically on another hand HR willing to help and asked me to get his feedback about me to justify higher amount, and yes my boss still reject. How ridiculous because HR is helping me to request higher salary from my boss while it is suppose the other way back. I was so upset with his unsupportiveness but I accepted the package because I see something good in the company. Hopefully this is not a bad decision...

Cruise @ Putrajaya Lake
Last night our department had the Chinese New Year year-end dinner at the Putrajaya Seafood restaurant. The company is so generous that we are not only have a tasty seafood dinner, but we also have a cruise ride around the Putrajaya Lake. The cruise was so so, the guide kept pointing us left and right for all the buildings, which is boring but who care since the company paid for it.
The ride took about 1 hour but the introduction was only 30 minutes because we reversed and took the same route back from where we boarded. Then we have our dinner by the lake, with 'lou sang' as the first dish then followed by mantis prawn, patin fish, soft shell crab, scallop and etc etc. Overall we had a good time and went back about 10.30pm, then come back at office by 9am this morning.
