4H. High urine acid
5H. and eventually fast (high) heart beat rate.
I am seriously not proud of this cause you might see me stop blogging permanently if any of the above gotten serious. Thus, I thought of running my own DIY detox program. I didn't have any specific advice, just that my doctor always 'advise' me to take pure vegetable. So I decided to stop:
1. Sugar
2. Salt
3. Oil
4. Rice/Flour
5. Meat
I took 6 days off, including weekend and here are my diet:
1. Oat - to replace rice
2. Fruits (Banana, strawberry, kiwi, apple, grapes and all kind..)
3. Vegetable (All types of leaves, carrot, cucumber, celery, potatoes, tomatoes..)
4. Tofu
5. Cow's milk but not cheese or other dairy product.
Ambitious, I must pride myself, but...
First day - Boil vege with water, oat and finish almost 50% of the food I bought for 6 days : ) I am not diet, so I will eat as soon as I feel hungry, and scary enough, I am like a baby and start eating every 2 hours. I thirst of drumstick the first night...
Second day - Woke up but felt not really hungry, so started with oat but, the food I bought almost 70% finished in the evening. Hungry for drumstick again. My friend told me that was my brain playing with me... Weird thing happened today, I got muscle pain and feeling very easily tired. But on another hand, my poopoo got zero bad odor, basically no odor at all. And I can felt the smoothness of my skin. I know my body is cleanse, cause I have a superb high metabolism digesting machine.
Third day - Same old meals, tasteless. My body start shaking, tired and cold. I felt dizzy and I couldn't concentrate. I called the doctor but the nurse picked up and told me it shouldn't be any problem. Asked me to continue for another 2 days and call back if symptom still persist. I know this is no longer my brain playing game but I got no appetite for food at all, maybe a little craving for drumstick...
Forth day - Totally devastated. I was lying down on the table, hardly walk and dizzy like hell. My mom was so worried and asked me to start taking rice and meat back. But I was nausea and lost appetite for food. But, my mom cooked drumstick that night for dinner. I thought it's too early to see death, so I decided to take dinner earlier, 5pm, and I finished 5 drumstick and few meatballs. Unbelievable, headache/dizzy subsided in 2 hours, body back in normal with muscle pain. My energy start picking up again and I feel so alive and energetic.
Fifth day - Gave up on the diet and I start taking junk food and McD special breakfast and ice cream for dessert. Yummy.
This proven one thing, I am carnivore. But I will not give up and will surely try it again some time next year. Maybe this time make it 2 or 3 days instead, and most importantly, need some training first from cutting down the diet slowly instead of extreme changed. Lesson learned...

2. My iPhone kena god damn Rick Ashley virus and made me spent days to fix it.
3. Took Japanese L3 exam, which i think i gonna failed.
4. Bought a mystify house in a very unexplainable way.
5. DL many new movies after discovered verycd emule. but didnt watch much...
6. Sing one round of K and met some old friends.
7. Bought GF1.
8. Changing role, busy entertaining those daosi and moving office soon.
9. Busying with housing loan and lawyer and understanding MRTA/MLTA.
10. Snow Leopard upgrade project failed and switched to Windows 7's arm now.

It is familiar but I couldn't know who i can apply this with until i heard it 2 minutes ago again, which i think it just fit perfectly with the situation right after our dinner, between the gate on the way down to the elevator, and i am heading to another direction...

Mom 60th Birthday Gift
Mom 60th birthday is around the corner. For Chinese, 60th is the sign of entering another cycle of life and it is important to celebrate this special events with family and friends.
Therefore this time I proposed to have a dinner in a restaurant and invite all the relatives and friends. Despite of that, there is a very important part, which is the birthday gift.
We've been cracking our head on what to buy, and able to represents the eternity and yet not overly expressive. After few round of consideration, we decided silver.
On top of retaining the value, it can also be an symbol of eternity for inheritance. Valuable yet classy. Isn’t that brilliant?

Interim Post
I figure it is necessary to write up more to fill in the interim so I wont be so hectic when the real deal came. It just happened last nite where I have totally forgotten the existence of 2 posts until cp reminded me again.
However i have to past on for this round cause i had a headache - maybe because of the first day back to work after 1 week off symptoms. Anyhow this is not the first time this incident happened so i better write up when i am free, and remember.

He and Her
It's he and her that brought me in this world but there is always he and her bring me from different life to one and another. There is of course another he and her waiting to take me away from this world but at the moment there is a he and her being my significant ones.
He and her spent time for me but both he and her must have wasted their effort and time with me. I hope there is a he and her to be with me forever but I dont think he and her and me can be together forever.
I don't know if there is another he or her but for now the he and her is making me insane and I just so hate to deal with he and her. I hope my next life will no longer have he and her but I heard it is impossible. So when can I let go he and her so I can know the whole new he and her?

It was a song i gotten from my brother when he back from Japan. Nice melody with clear voices. I didn't feel much but it was just another nice song for me last time. Time past, I forgot how many years i left it but until one fine day when i look back the archives mp3, it appears again.
This time, with much knowledge in Japanese Language, it helps me understand the meaning of the song. Well, relate back to the experience, i think it suites me very much especially for now. Some say theme song will change according to your time, well I couldn't agree more and I hope it will change soon and dont come back. Haha...

Balance point
What would you do when you lost? For me, I would just get as much opinions as possible to find the direction. But, direction is not a solution. Often the 'lost' will be solved when a solution is found, and in order to find a solution, you need a direction.
My situation now is standing at the airway traffic that could possibly point me to anywhere. Whichever i choose will determine how i continue the path but, each possibility will end up the same result. For now, I dont know why must I suffer all these advices but I guess I am looking the best solution in order to minimize the impact when it ends.
I am lost, seriously. I don't even know where my direction is and that's why I have the thought of follow the flow. Sigh, when can i find the balance point?

It is just a dream, obviously. But I think I can still realize it if i am the kinda person that can leave baggage behind with no planning. I like that, but my character wont allow me to do this, otherwise I have already bought the house without further thinking.
I think this character or sense of responsibility is biggest strength and weaknesses. It helps me to plan my life, but it also makes stuck in the situation undecided most of the times. I am too easily influenced by the people I trusted, and the worse thing is I am quite easy to trust a person. Guess it is time to stop all these nonsense cause I have dwell in too much troubles lately!

On Leave?
It wasnt planned until the last 2 weeks ago. I decided to take 3 days AL because it is worthwhile due to the Hari Raya falls on Sunday and Monday and got replaced by Tuesday. Which makes I off a week with just 3 days AL.
Main intention is to get some rest but I dont see it now cause the first day, I gotta get up early for hunting, then classes and subsequently a driver. First day gone. Second day, worse. Woke up morning 5am for Broga then reached home by 12pm+. Got an hour sleep then busing with the coordination work due to last minute unavailabilities.
Continue next is the nice side income waiting for me. Although it's a nice thing but, still have the feeling that i can't rest.. Tomorrow, hopefully the hiking plan is materialized as we have been talking about that since last few months... Well dont get me wrong, this hiking trip is not by feet but cars.. coz it belongs to uncle lim.

Drip Dropping
Out of all types of weather, I like raining the most as for now. I have not experience snowing so I wont guarantee my interest in the future but somehow I think I will still stick to raining.
I like the whole process of raining. From the sky starts turning dark, wind sweeping the streets and blow up the leaves, bringing the smell of water in the air, and follow with the giant drop hitting every object on earth. Fantastic.
Regardless of any moment, no matter if I am driving, going to bed, going out to work, working or reading paper at home. I could just fit my mood to raining. Many people don't understand, but raining was my best friend and the only happiest memory I had in my childhood, and still it is, as always...

The Ending
When I die, I would like everybody laughing and celebrating in my funeral. I would like to play Marilyn Manson songs, and my favorite Enigma, Smashing Pumpkins and all other modern hip hop and rock songs all night long. Not following any religion style cause I believe all are the same, ONE.
It is maximum of one day for my family and friends to pave my last view, and I would like to be cremated and shed my ashes (together with my bones ashes) in the dark river with blooming trees and grasses. Best if surrounded by fireflies.
I know it is a jinx having this written down especially during the chinese ghost festive month. But, somehow, we couldn't escape from death. It is just the matter of time. At least, I am well prepared and not troubling my family for last minute rushing. How nice am I right? Hehe...

Orphan vs Transformer 2
Watched few new movies lately. Again, higher expectation always comes with higher disappointment. Transformer 2 is a very good example. It is very obvious especially I don't have the urge (like the first) of returning to the cinema for second experience.
Somehow, I prefer the movie Orphan. I have to say, it is an extremely low budget film, and it is a very very typical type of horror movie. No ghost, I must say, but the creepy part is that little girl, and the twisted story. I have to admit this is very personal preference, I am sure many of you spitting at the computer screen while reading this post, but I just love the gore, violence and that broken minded Esther.
Maybe, in each of us lives an Esther character. You might not agree with me, but my next statement is, which Esther? Go and watch the movie and figure out. Hahaha...

My recent lunch kaki are all preggies. To be exact, up to 80% of them and 100% of my lunch time sure got at least 2. Sometimes 1 Q 4 preggies, I guess all 'man'kind also salute me the moment we got down from the car. Haha...
Count count har, one hand with five fingers also not enough to show the number of preggies surrounded me. Solely my keligs already more than 5, not to mention those kelig's wife and my own friends - shit I lost track.
It is horribly productive this year. My mom always said that they come in batches - same boat. I got this terrible thinking, which is - there must be a mass sacrifices ie. earth quake, tsunami etc etc natural disasters and thus, here come the batches....
Well, anyhow, people come people go, after all that's life right? Regardless of value...

5C vs 5H
Generally a normal 30s man should at least have 5C (career, car, condo, card, cash, and perhaps condom too :o)

Surprise? A skinny man and healthy look-alike man like me have all these high risk and top 10 killer deceases. Well, I seriously don't know what to say, cause I think I deserved that. Constantly lack of sleep, sleeping late, under tremendous pressure regardless at work or at home, mental disorder, multiple characteristic.. I guess these are the side effect. Somehow in my opinion I am very lucky comparing with others that are really unlucky. So? No regret. Haha...

Kara Ok le?
It's been a while since my last visit to Kara OK. There are few opportunities but I missed that miserably due to some adhoc task and friends changing mind. I think I am getting rusted for this game cause basically, I dont know a latest Chinese Song!
For your info, in my opinion I still think Kara Ok is best to sing with Chinese Songs, it is not to show how good is our mother tongue but the emotion is easier to channel through the lyrics. Haha yeah I am bull shxting.
Anyhow, it is not easy to gather the gang nowadays cause each of us have our own life and gotta busy with own staff. I remember we used to sing it loud and fun in a room for 8 hours non stop and yet still screaming. Haha. Well, it's history, the best Kara Ok I have now is in my car, my bathroom and my bed. Yeah I am going to TW next year. Been talking about this since few years back but was waiting for Air Asia for launching. Finally back in few months back, they have the promotion and yeah, it is not just me but my entire family plus aunties uncle cousins are all in. What a blast but slowly I am getting worried.
Why? Because first it was Air Asia X and it is well known with it's difficult in seating. Plus we have to travel long hour, I guess more than 5 and I afraid the seniors may not able to cope with it. Then the accommodation and transport, we have total of 11 pax, it is not an easy job to organize it.
Lastly not to forget the itinerary, we got old mid and young. It is truly a challenge for me to plan this. Sigh, how?

ipsw 3.0 Failed!
I am so glad that I have finally upgraded the software from 1.1.4 to 3.0. It felt like a brand new phone the first night I used it. I even download the Tap Tap Revenge and other games that I have not played before. Friend said I am outdated because it has been there since 2.0 but, due to my negligence I didnt upgrade to 2.0. Now it seems like everything is flying. Except...
First I notice the battery consumes faster than before, way to fast and initially I thought it was because I played too hard. But then later I think there is something wrong cause it couldnt last for a day even if I didnt play a thing. Damn. Secondly, it is the MMS, there is no setting page in network. And I read from the forum it said it was the common issue in 1G but there is a cure for it, but it couldnt work for me and a restore is advised!
Third is the note, it restored failed and couldnt add more or edit now. Forth, it's contact book, it will turn to search string whenever I finished searching for a contact. What a KNS failure, I guess I need to restore it, but I afraid it will brick!

I guess I seriously need a new degree to move my career to next level. I am at the bottle neck my skill just limit me from proceeding further. However, I could afford to leave my job cause this is the main income for living, plus study.
To solve this problem, I opt for online colleges to obtain my degree. This will help me to plan my time effectively. I can work in the morning and take the online course part time after work. This idea is to keep my job, earn living and meanwhile try move my career to next level.
Since I am IT graduated, I think of taking Business Admin because this will help my management skill and understanding of business requirement. What do you think?

Eclipse
It's eclipse. I like it because it is creepy. I like to see it but it is not significantly attracts me. I regretted because I saw the picture from the news paper because it is so perfect. I dont regret because KL couldnt view it.
Many times, I am conflicting myself like the above. It takes time for my processor to calculates the balance. Often people think I am dreaming but I dont think they understand my processor is working hard calculating these zillion questions. It is good if it turns out good result, but again often it is empty.
There are too many possibilities that make this impossibility, thus I dont think a once eclipse in 2000 years does matter because every day is uniquely possible to meet the impossible. Maybe this perception of mine made me stay neutral, too neutral, up to a point which I am blank. Because everything is possible.

Bye Bye Yasmine
It seems like many shocking news lately. Mostly deceased, like Micheal Jackson, Farah F., Teoh Beng Hock, H1N1, and Yasmine Ahmad.
It is truly a great lost for us with their deceased, but out of all these famous celebrities, the one that made me felt sorrow is the lost of Yasmine Ahmad. Like many other Malaysian, I know her through the Petronas advertisement. Tears almost burst out each time it flashes by in between the Chinese New Year variety shows.
Maybe others nationality will not feel the way we felt, because Yasmine truly understand Malaysian and reflect them on the TV screen. She crossed the races and make it really one Malaysia. It's a great lost she passed on, but it is a gift to see people influenced/inspired by her are continuing her ONE spirit.
I am so anxious to await for the next CNY ads. Hope to see her smile behind the short touching story again.

Recently I am looking for houses. It is obviously not an easy task because in order to buy a dream house, I have to consider the budget, type (single or double storey), sizes, location and fong shui.
Initially I thought of getting a condo cause that's the most affordable for me yet nice. But due to the strong objection from various aspect, I was forced to drop the idea and turn my target to link houses. I have been eying for countless houses and also visit not less than 5 physically, but none suits my taste.
Furthermore, the housing price in Kepong is deadly fly high. My selection already limited but this makes it worse than imagination. Even the housing agents sighing about the freaking high price that fried by Desa Park City.
Sigh, when will I get my house?

I am still learning, nevertheless, we are all still learning.
The job never bores me, although hand2 always does, but it has been a year and I still feel like a junior. Partially I agree that's my problem but somehow, I think there are rooms for improvement. Working along with these people opened my eyes. The pattern and the thinking are my major motivation now. Although hand2 do contained the same, but I just wont appreciate him.
The recent advice was really helpful. I started to let go and I do see they can survive without my interference. I hope I wont over do it, but no choice because I need more time to start the real work. That's the direction now, and I hope to see some result by then.
Sadly, I do not have much time left now, and I am still learning. How I wish I can just fly...

Back in April, I bought 3 iPod Shuttles for my 3 nephews. The next day my eldest nephew came back to me that he had broke it accidentally. I examined, which is really bad and obvious - physical damage.

Well, I do accept the fact until they advised me to call Apple Care, in which the agent told me can claim again, as long as I follow procedure. Again, instead of taking it back to the original store, I decided to take it to another branch. It was the same result after Apple's investigation but gratefully, the agent willing to replace for me out of good will, as to maintain the good relation of 3 iPod shuttle consumer.

Preggies
I just couldnt believe it. There are more and more to come. I am in the phase like constantly getting surprise. The trend of attending wedding is over, now I am facing the challenge of preparing ang pao for the enormous amount of pregnant friends.
Yes, just to do a quick count, at least more than 5 ladies i knew around me have pregnant and due either Q3 or Q4 this year. The amount is just a conservative count, not to include the colleague's wife. And the best thing is, all these preggies are within my company. Even thought the couple married for years got hit at the same time. I am not sure what is going on here but I am sure there is really something going on. This is really horrifying!
As you know, I am quite 'dark'. Therefore sometimes I just wonder, would it be because the 'friends' around me have finally found a chance for reincarnation. Scary, but my pocket is even worse cause it is gonna bleed badly!

I think I am weird, because I would like to see a plane crash in front of me. Of course with the condition it is auto-pilot with no injuries at all! I know this thinking is weird but I am surprised that someone else have also thought about it and even put it in the movie scene. Well maybe it is not impressive to many of you but I was enlightened by that scene. Weird, I know.

Unique
Are we unique? I was once dreamt of becoming a space man and working in space station, or NASA, or anything outer space related position. I know it is far too beyond from what I am doing now but hey, kids ma, what do you expect? Especially for the 80’s babies, we are quite easily amazed by the space cause the exploration is blooming at that time.
I think that’s the major reason why I picked computer science, hoping one day could join the team. Silly me, haha... but at least I tried after school right? Haha… Anyhow, back to to story, are we unique? As I mentioned in my previous post, I believed we are not. Come to think of it, the universe is soooooo big, and we are sooooo tiny. The possibility of having exterior living form (are we?) is far beyond our knowledge.
I hope I have the chance to wait for that day where we found them. But I think the chances I have the opportunity to see the end of earth is higher than the ability to live long enough to see them live…

Sometimes I think it is important for who you choose to watch the movie together. Especially when you encounter the boring, dull or upsetting ending story, the friends you are watching with will eventually make it interesting.
Recently I watched this movie with a bunch of buddies. I think the CG is great but the story is a bit kns. Perhaps nowadays Hollywood has run out of idea so they have no choice but to play around the story in bible and make it realistic.

Many times I am questioning myself about my capability on the tasks assigned to me. I am the kind of person that needs a lot of focus into one subject because in my perception, to work the best on a thing is to fully understand the operability in and out.
Somehow this attitude is killing me cause I found it doesn’t apply in many areas. Because of this sophisticated personality, I felt like my brain couldn’t cope with so many things especially things are passing by in a fast pace.

I knew one day it would happen. Despite of that, I still felt like my heart has drop a level down the floor when I finally heard the news. It was all started back in last year. From nothing to something, something to many things. It's a weird cause I clearing foresee the ending but I am still willing to explore.

Maxis iPhone anyone?
Don't know if it is a good news or bad news. I just got to know that Maxis is launching iPhone in few days later and now is opening for booking. Good news is, finally iPhone has landed MY but the bad news is, Maxis is such a money sucker.
If you have a chance to take a glimpse to their website, you will find the 'special' rate plan for iPhone. I know they are trying to copy the market plan from other countries but when the currency exchanged in MY Ringgit, well in my opinion, it is a bit too far from the normal income group's ability. (At least for me I could not afford, but I am sure a lot of you are more than affordable)
Anyhow, as the overall plan for me still a bit ridiculous. How can you so sure that your phone can sustain for 2 years? Especially with the list that is longer than the rate plan. I doubt.

Matta fair is coming soon again. Although it is economy down turn period but I believe many people will not stingy in planning for a Family Vacation for summer holiday. Same goes with my family; we have a tradition where we will try to make it at least one oversea trip per year. So far they have been to (because mostly I couldn’t join) SG, AU, HK, CN, KR and some other places I couldn't remembered.
This year, my Sis is planning to go Japan but due to the very high currency exchange rate the plan has draw back. Second choice, Taiwan. But Taiwan weather is changing drastically these days and we fear that the cold would 'overwhelming' and so we take it as plan B. So what's left? Maybe, I just say maybe I could suggest none Asia countries since all these while we never been out of Asia, it is good to open eyes and see the other side of the world. Yeah I know it will be super expensive. But by looking at the rate of karismahotels.com, somehow it is considerable.

Broga Hill 3
The second round of the event was to climb waterfall, practically, it was the staircase, not the water. This was a very interesting journey for me, not because of the hike but it was the journey on the way to the waterfall. From this trip, finally I know where Nirvana memorial park is. But this is not the important part, what surprised me the most is along the same road we passed by not 1 but not less than 5 cemeteries
For dont know what reason, I felt super excited and have the urge to bring people tour around here. haha... Anyway, it was a amazing road (high way to hell?) and we spent about an hour just to hang around on a giant rock statued right in front of the shallow pond under the waterfall. Nothing much interesting here. As for the whole journey, here is my findings:

- I can sleep for less than 2 hours at night and walk/climb around with my eyes open for the next 12 hours.
- I found Semenyir was a very peaceful place but will be very busy during qing ming.
- It took less than 30min from Sg Buloh to reach Semenyir silk highway second toll. Normal time: at very least 1 hour wihtout jam, peak: unsure...
- I can sleep at the time where I normally crawl to back
- I need to have more stamina trainings before the real KK trip, and that's why I am going Bukit dunno what neary TARC this Saturday.
Broga Hill 2
Yeah I know the title sounds like the horror movie - The hill have eye 2. Besides that, it also reminds the name of my colleague when I was still studying. He called himself as Kenny, with the surname 'Hew'. It was name after 'Kenny Hill', a famous RICH residential area. He told me perhaps he could be rich by naming himself with the 'sounds like' acronym. From that moment I already thought he is very ong gui. No offense to others with the same name and maybe I'm the one who is ong gui because he might have been rich and famous, just that I am not aware of...
Alright craps over. Let's continue the Broga Hill story, else I could not finish. We went up by 6am, the path was dark and we ant barely see the trail and glad that most of us brought torch light. The entire journey took us about 1.5 hours to reach the low peak. It has a flat ground with a very nice view. Although we are wearing T-shirt with sweats but I dont really feel a sense of coldness there. Probably my body is steaming just like an over haul car...
Snap snap snap, spent about an hour or 2 there, we head down back to the land. Regretted that I didnt walk up to the high peak but still, it's a nice walk. We came down by 9.30am and head to breakfast at the nearby char sat. After that, we drove about an hour for second round. Ok gotta stop here and split to part 3. Too long, not nice. KNS right? To make this happens, we woke up at 4am at Sat morning (YES 4AM! normally this is the time i crawl on bed, especially weekend like today) because of rushing for the sunrise. Then, I reached Kajang Silk Highway second toll at 5.15am as colleagues are waiting there. From here, we took around 15min to drive in broga and start the hunt.
Due to we never been there, we have to rely on one of my colleagues' cousin to lead the way. He is good as in he remembered the way. But the worse thing was that he led us all drove up the bumpy yellow mud road til the mid hill and we end up stuck in the middle. First time ever, I have a 4x4 expedition feels in the middle of dawn.
Suffer for half an hour directing the cars up and down, we finally managed to return to the bottom of the hill and park the car. By the time we started the journey, it's 6am. With many other hiker (which i believe they read the blog as well) went up together.
Ok, i wasted too much time here. Let's pause and continue after the paid post... muahaha...

KK Trip
It is impossible and incredible for a lazy chap like me signed up to this package. Back in few years ago, I will laugh at those who passionate about the climb to Mount Kota Kinablu for their stupidity. In my dictionary at that time, i wont understand why those fellas torturing themselves with these rough, tiring and exhausting trip. After all it is better to spend the money to Bali or Bangkok .
However, as age is growing older, my conscious starts telling me my health is in danger. This trip is not to overcome the mountain, but indeed give me an excuse to start staying healthy - by at least exercise. I know if i dont have this excuse, my body will never have a chance to work out.
So, that's how this trip comes about. I am looking forward for it. If i tell you i dont have the dream to climb to the peak. Well I am practically lying. Wish me luck, these may be my last few posts before i die suffocate there. Haha...

市道低迷的原罪犯
哇哇哇，整整有一段时间没有'挥笔'(比喻罢了ok..?)写部落格了。 Sign in的时候连password也忘了..钝了丫个分钟才记得，实在真他妈的糟糕..
近来真的很忙，可能因为工作开始上手了，有很多事都觉得可行的。所以才弄到自己死死吓。有时候真的很想将所有的shits都抛诸脑后，由他们去死。偏偏自己犯贱，总喜欢揽完上身才甘愿。。说到底，还不是自己笨！不过还好，现在的market真的很烂，不这么做的话分分钟老板隔天就给我大信封，最终弄丢了工作。到时候更笨..
唉，市道不好，处处闻裁员，这回听到xxx公司减薪，那头又听到yyy公司的zzz部门正在开刀。妈的真恐怖。还好，有人衰却有人好。虽然公司减少开支，什么都减，但还是有些公司花钱如开水龙头。不但不减，还让员工飞来飞去，看到就眼火爆，真讨厌..但却很羡慕又很希望可以进去这些公司，干！
不惊不觉年又过了，在这公司都将近九个月了。有时真的不知是自己在做什么的。难道我的人生就要这样的度过吗？操!

Outbreak again
The pimple problem started back in 2 to 3 years when I was with that stressful job and the pimple bloomed just like mushroom on my face. I thought it will be away, which it happened once after i change my job, then it came back again when i hopped to a new job...
I thought it will be away forever, who knows it came back again and again. So sick of it. The recent outbreak is quite bad, it even extends to my neck. I am indeed aware of the criticality, thus i went for different Chinese Med. So far it hasnt show great improvement but I believe it will soon heal nicely.
For the time being, all i need to do is to stop the food that causes heat, ie. spicy, sour and fried. Most importantly, gotta stop staying late over night. But how could it be? My life will be devastated if I follow the abovementioned. Pathetic isnt it? haha... I think the pimple has found the right place to stay...

Heroes
Been having the disc with me since the first season launched. But due to my resistance i have neglected the show until a week back my nephew requested to watch it. All I can tell is, once I have started, I cant be stop.
That's the feeling I hate the most about drama episodes. They just cant put a full stop for the ending but always continue season 2 3 4 etc. Most of the time i rather wait until the season end then only I started watching, which is like Charmed, I only watch the first season after 8 years it was launched. Haha...
For now, other than my beloved sicko and psycho drama Nip/Tuck, I have to wait Heroes to finished too. !@#$%Y...
That's the feeling I hate the most about drama episodes. They just cant put a full stop for the ending but always continue season 2 3 4 etc. Most of the time i rather wait until the season end then only I started watching, which is like Charmed, I only watch the first season after 8 years it was launched. Haha...
For now, other than my beloved sicko and psycho drama Nip/Tuck, I have to wait Heroes to finished too. !@#$%Y...
Present Season
A couple of days before Christmas I overheard a DJ from local radio station posted a question to public asking what is the best Christmas cum New Year present to buy for his wife and mothers. 90% of female listeners answered --> Jewelry.

2008 Year End Trip
I think most family has this event, whereby they will travel with the kids during holiday season. Same goes with my family, each year my sis and mom and nephews will travel to some place, oversea if affordable.
This year, we went to SG again. Originally mom and I thought of going Macao but sis suggested SG as she wants to bring the kids along and settle some banking there. So there we were, 3 days 2 nights in Metropolitan Y hotel, a subsidiary but better service hotel for YMCA.
We went to the Science Center the first day. Quite a pleasant trip but unfortunately my youngest nephew fell ill - high fever during at night. For the rest of the days, we didnt really go anywhere but the most rewarding is my nephews got their PSP as Christmas and Birthday gift!

2009
2008 has been a up and down year for me. Other than the fact that I have converted from contractor to permanent staff, then hop by another company before the company outsourced to vendor, the most impressive one is none other than the coma case.
It happened just right before my last day on the ex-company, and time flies, it has been half year since the incident, and he is still in coma. Looking back to 2008 is just exactly the prediction from those sifu. My health got problem and bad lucks keep surrounding me. Not to forget the economy crisis. Really KNS...
Coming 2009, I don't really hope for much. Mainly is to wish him recover from the stroke, second is my family, frens and myself live happily and healthy.
