Traffic at LDP

The traffic at LDP is well known of congestion. The congestion can be happened at any hour and it turned worst during the rush hours (morning 8-10am, evening 6-8pm), raining day, and especially the accident. As a Malaysian, I don't understand why are we so curious whenever there is accident happened along the roadside. But as time go on, I started to immune with this behavior.

Just like this morning, there was an accident where a truck has turned over at the Tractor (A name of a place) and thanks for that, the congestion backtracked until the Sunway toll (About 10km away). Luckily I managed to take the exit and skip into Sunway-Subang, and then took one big round through the Kesas and NKVE and reach Cyber by 11.05am. Super duper late!

Really wondering what is the point of paying the LDP toll everyday just to get myself in the traffic! Further still wanna increase the toll fare, ask the mgmt go to hell la…

MY nephews are nagging me to bring them for footballs during this holiday but I had turned their hope in vain. This Saturday

I suppose to have Japanese language class this Saturday afternoon but I decided to skip class because of the college mate gathering. To be exact, I skipped because of karaoke session. Hahaa. In order for not disappointing my sensei, I have arranged a series of event for this Saturday. Lets see below:

11-3pm, Karaoke > 3.45-6pm, AVP2 > 6pm-8pm, Loitering at Pavillion or Low Yat > 9pm till late, go Cheras dinner and 8 with friends.

Wonderful plan, provided if can get tickets for AVP, and that cheras fella is available at night. Otherwise just gotta makan pisang.

Christmas Present

I thought there wont be any paid post since its Christmas and holiday seasons. Surprisingly and obviously my perception was wrong because I got a total of 5 posts from BGT today. (Of course gotta thanks to my miss Santarina)

Very happy and this is just like a Christmas present for me since lately PPP just dead without pulse. Beijing Olympic

This Friday my mom, aunt, sis and the kids are going Beijing for the yearly trip. This time the trip takes them 1 week and they will be celebrating New Year in China. This reminds me last year, I spent my Mid-Autumn in Hang Zhou/ Shanghai.

In contrast when they having the fun, I gotta celebrate New Year alone in Malaysia and dine myself for a week. Pity me but anyway, just wanna wish them a safe and enjoyable trip. But as what I heard, Beijing is snowing now, and the weather is –10c. Very worried…

Tranquil

Its 6pm now but I still don't feel like leaving the office because of the previous BGT. I still got 2 more to complete but if I did completed it, then tomorrow will be very free because it is still holiday mood over here (cause nobody back from holiday yet).

I like this kind of environment because I can do my work freely, flexible and quietly. That's why coming back to work during off peak is a perfect choice for me. But as what I know from my friend, HP practice otherwise, where they will force the employee to take 1 week of during the last week of the year. Weird…

Affordable Radiator

My cousin brother in law's car is having problem now. The radiator is malfunction and he need to spend about few thousand in order to fix the car. The car is quite new, only 3 years plus but unfortunately the radiator died right after the warranty expired. Therefore he is thinking to replace it with a new one.

My advice to him is to get a Honda, not because I owned one but I understand the accessories is much more cheaper and easier to buy comparing with other model. Just like the radiator, he can easily get a Accord Radiator from Radiator.com. On top of that, perhaps he can also get a cheaper radiator for his car and fix it before he sells it off.

Hungry Hour

Grr… I am hungry now. After working in this company for about a year, I found my stomach always hungry especially during the evening hour, where peoples start leaving, or left.

This phenomenon has causing my tummy growing bigger everyday but somehow most of the time I just can’t stand the evil and therefore drink milo. Same thing happened again now, I smell KFC at this hour again, damn. Milo time.

Parking Space

Parking in the office is a terrible matter for me because we have to many employees while only limited parking lots available. As such I have been parking at the place, which required walking 10-15 minutes away from office. Well I am fine with that as I treat it as morning walk but sometimes it came very inconvenient because of the rainy days.

Good example, outside is dropping dog's poo now. Lucky I re-park my car in the basement, otherwise you will see me blogging till 8pm, perhaps.

Watched National Treasurer, fun and adventurous since need not to use my brain to think much. Left the curve immediately right after the show to join the karaoke for second round. Reach home 4.30am, deadly tired. Now you understand why I can’t save a cent.

Fei Tin Hei Shi

I carried hopes and expectations when I watch this drama, but ended with great disappointment. Basically I will put the blame on the editor. The story made me hates the 2 main characters. Very illogical and too many coincident that made them a couple, while they are not suppose to be together.

Another character I hated most is the aunty – Leng Jie. Regardless of her wording, her thinking, her story, no matter whatever things with her also not right. I think the story will be better if the show without her in the scene. However as summary, the show sucks. Sorry for those who love it but I just can’t buy in…

Merry Christmas

**Bored** I didn't do much things these Christmas. I was at home watching Fei Tin Hei Shi (TVB Drama) all night long until the next morning 6.30am. At least some achievement because I managed to finished all episodes within a week, and I kao tim it before Christmas eve.

Then on the day of Christmas, I woke up by 4pm and went dinner with family by 7pm at The Curve’ Vivo. Served Italian food but not my favorite. What a plain festive…

Dong Zhi

Do you know the difference between Mid-Autumn and Mid-Winter festive? I had an argument with CP before that she said Dong Zhi is Mid-Autumn, while I debate the likewise. She told me that she got it from a Chinese website but as far as I knew, mid-autumn is moon cake festival. In the end I won the argument as she found out from her friend and the website was wrong! 12am – 4am Karaoke

It has been quite some time I have not visit the karaoke. I feels that my voice is a little rusty since didn't scream for such long time. Luckily tonight I have a practice session with another 2 friends of mine in Time Square. Think it is gonna help a bit when I battle with the rest of my pro singer at the coming 29 Dec.

However tonight’s event seems a bit extreme because we set on 12am to 4am. I think gotta listen to my mom’s never ending lessons again…

Enchanted

Since its holiday, I planned for a visit to Pavillion or The Garden but somehow we ended for a movie – Enchanted. To be honest, I would say it has successfully achieved its mission because this fairy tales is just a bit out of line.

However come to think of it, I do believe that there is still true love to be found in this world. Perhaps not in the developed countries, or just the matter of time. Or perhaps I just dreaming…

Lately the hypermarket business is just blooming like a mushroom. Merely Kepong area we have 3 hypermarkets within 5KM away from each. Giant, Jusco and MaxValu. The MaxValu is even a bit too much because it was opened to cater the conveniences of Desa Park City residences.

However for consumer like us, I am not complaining anything but rather happy because in the end we are the one who received the most benefits out of it. Just like just now, I spent RM170 merely on the snacks. What the heck…

Further for MBA

Last Monday I met this new friend and he is around my age, but pursuing his full time Master of Bio Science at one of the famous local university now. I am very impressed with his decision because he sacrifice his career and leave spend 4 years to further the studies, and this year is his second year only.

In contrast with him, I feel ashamed because I do not have the courage as he does. However as per his advice, comparing with Bio Science, Master of Business Administration is indeed easier to handle, especially study as part time. However the seat of the local university is very limited, therefore he advise me to look for oversea distance learning like capella university. I think, it is time for me to deeply consider my future carefully in order to go further.

T-System, I’m Coming

At last, the announcement has been made last night, 11:29pm MY time, 1 minute earlier than what the prophecy predicted.

This is the moment where we have been waiting for, the contract fall under which vendors. Delightfully and filling with joyous, the black horse – T-System has won the contract and even though we (the colleagues) are not with each others, but I am sure we can hear the cheerful voices amongst us.

Perhaps with this decision, I believe many of us will remain at our position since most of us want the T-system to win. After all comparing with its competitor, it is a very potential company that we foresee it will be blooming as one of the leader company in near future. I hope…

Journey of Us

Christmas is around the corner and for the parents; they will normally celebrate Christmas with their children, relatives or friends in order to enjoy the family time. On another hands for the normal couples, Christmas is the day to celebrate the romantic night together. For me however, I will dream for a Romantic Getaway with my love one to make this special memorable.

If money is not a problem then I think spending the time at Holiday villas in Mauritius are perfect for romance. Holiday Again

Working as a contractor, Holiday just seems like a day of hell for me. This month we have 3 holidays, in another words means my pay will cut down by 3 days also.

But somehow I am in the mid of dilemma because I am not sure if I should take the offer even though I passed all the tests. Major cause? Of course money lo... The only thing I am worrying now is the negotiation part for the salary package. How nice it would be if they give me my desirable range, or more. So please pray for me. Hahaa..

My Med Check Itinerary

Finally I had my medical check up performed at today’s morning. Here are the series of tests I have done:

1. Urine Test (Ground Floor) - There is a small window connected the toilet and lab. Once you wee wee into the small bottle, just open the small window and put the bottle there.

2. Measurement (1st Floor) - Your height and weight only ok, not others. Also the eyesight, to see if you got any problems, or color blinded etc.

3. Draw blood (1st Floor) - **Pain**. You know how it feels...

4. Audiogram (2nd Floor) - Went into a sound proof room, kinda small, only about 4x3ft. Then was provided a gigantic headset covered the ears, and test with the ding ding sounds, taking turns of both left right ears also.

5. X-ray (2nd Floor) - Remove shirt (hmm..) and snap a leng leng spare ribs picture...

6. Lung Test (1st Floor) - Basically it is a blowjob. Alright, just to blow the tube and see how deep your breath is.. Don't think wrongly ok! Hahaa.. Obviously I am not a frequent and good in blowing because I failed for the first round even though I tried many times. I was asked to blow again after checking by the doctor, damn...

7. Doctor Check (1st Floor) - Flash my eye, ear, nose and throat. Then jot my pulse and blood pressure, then removed my shirt and Unzipped my pant (ehemm.. sexy.. hahaa) to check chest and abs. Luckily unlike what my friend told me, I don't need to see and check ding dong. Pity him gotta let doctor see his ding dong. haha..

8. Lung Test (1st Floor) - Take the lung test again, this time the stats show 'poor effort'. But fortunately ngam ngam passes as touching the borderline. However I almost out of breathe, proven I am not use to blowjob, and not long winded. hahaa..

Drive Safely

Today has been pouring since afternoon. I went back TPM and looked my friend for lunch. The rain started when I traveling back office. The journey took me almost 1 hour because flooded at Bdr Kinrara area, the golf ball there.

Many vehicle played e-break because of the slippery road. However I almost bang on the truck in front because it skit until the entire truck was move aside, pity me who followed right behind. Luckily I managed to skip to the second lane (without car) and avoid this. Otherwise I might write this post either from hospital or hell now. Hahaa.

ECG Test

Finally I got my blue form with me. I will go Young & Newton to perform the very thorough medical check up by next Monday. Today my colleague told me she took 3.5 hours just to complete the medical check up. Furthermore she was even tested for ECG.

I still remembered I failed the ECG test during my complete medical check up for my first job. At the end the doctor gotta take my blood to re-sample and wrote a letter to proved that I am perfectly fit for work, just that due to anxiety. Oh ya, the blood test were not covered in the bill. So I hope this time I will pass the test.

New Toy

My recent new toy is not gadgets, bike or vehicle. But it is software; to be exact is the extension for Firefox.

Perhaps I am too outdated until recently only I read from paper that there are this extension for Firefox and IE that capture the mouse movement then subsequently perform the operation. Say for example, I click and hold the right button, then move up and down, this action will triggered the reload page. Then move up and right with right button hold then will open new page. There is a lot more fun stuffs, go to Firefox home page and search for Mouse Gestures then.

Check up

My colleague will go for her medical check up by tomorrow then play work from home in the afternoon. Whereas for me, I will collect my form by tomorrow and most properly schedule the Monday or Tuesday to check up.

Very nervous cause according to my senior, she said the clinic would run a very super complete check up including the blood test, heart test, lung test, urine test and etc. Most importantly gotta fast for 10 hours. Good luck to myself.

Blue Form

Today my colleague called me and said she had collected the blue form for me from the HR. My major nightmare is started because this is the form to perform my medical check up for the conversion.

I had experience on medical check up during my first job but don't know why this time quite nervous. Perhaps just as what I had mentioned earlier, I had did some sinful job last Friday, hope it won’t affect my result. MM.

Assessment Interview

Just a note to myself that I had went through this before the conversion. Basically there are total of 5 sections for 1.5 hours just to drain my brain sauce. Best of all is the candidate gotta code as many example as possible just to make sure the experience is not theory based.

Well I admitted I am not doing that well but somehow I managed to get the conversion (haha…). However as what my other colleagues said, this assessment interview is just another form of formality, as the company will for sure convert the candidate. Well, nothing to proud of because they are absolutely correct!

Nowadays we are getting more and more call center here in Malaysia. Thanks to that I started my very first job as Customer Service Support in a multination bank IT service center. As time gone by, there are many similar call centers opened and not only beneficial to us, but also to the VoIP companies.

However I think this habit bites me back because recently I has bored with my current playlist and so happen that I can’t find any new favorite while I still don't like the old playlist. I think today I am quite lucky. On top of just get 5 BGT posts at the morning, I also got the conversion news in the afternoon.

Well they said all good things will comes to an end. Here is mine now because I gotta rush 10 interim to cover that 5 BGT while no paid interim as helper, then also having the sore throat, light cough, tiredness and body pain. Now can only hope the bad will end faster. Damn…

Holiday Mood

Today my boss started his long vacation and last until next year. (What a lucky guy) He is going back to OZ and enjoys his Xmas with friends and families. While I also suppose to have holiday mood but this ‘going-to-bye2’ colleagues also starting her holiday next week. (And last even longer than my boss…).

Obviously this will caused a lot of work to me but somehow I think she don't even care anymore because she is leaving soon. Best of all, today my senior and I have ‘leng gao’ her bitchiness. Truly understand what is the meaning of ‘turn back pig stomach = $hit’. Well we are glad that we got to see her color in the early stage, and thanks to that I will make sure she don't have a good ending in here. Muahahaa…

New Package

After assessment, the next hot issue waiting for the candidate will be the remuneration package negotiation. Well this is hard, cause as what I heard from my senior, she said the company will be offering a very low package and thus there is a gap to bargain.

But for me, my contract will be expired by next February and then only got to convert. So perhaps just wait until then. As for now, I am much worry about my medical report due to the sin I committed last Friday. Haha..

Not sure is good news or not but today I finally received the news from my boss saying my assessment has past and I managed to get the permanent position. Well although it is not going to last long but at least my rice bowl is safe for the next 2 years.

Basically I don't really keen to look for second job unless they offer very good remuneration. Furthermore I am like this position, company and environment very much. Therefore it will be such an idiot if I choose to go further. However as I said, the good is not gonna last long, will wait and see after we got outsourced.

Nihon, Iku Zo!

I has been spreading the news that I next year target is backpack trip to Japan. But if I really do so then most probably I will triggered a serious impact for the next months after the enjoyment.

First no monies for car loan, second no monies to spend for daily living, third no more leaves, fourth may not able to continue the job (since taking a month off), fifth no monies to pay insurance, sixth no more traveling for few years, seventh may not able to come back cause fong shui master said its not a good year for horse, eighth spent all the monies, ninth and tenth are still no monies.

So due to all these risks, I think I better just draw back and stay home. Cham…

Finally I found another same MM fanatic as mine. This time is my ex-colleague but happened to be my colleague again because we are now working in the same company.

Therefore in this case, I am willing to lend her my precious – MM concert, for few days. Hahaa…

Annual Dinner Again

Yeah my company just had the annual dinner held at KL Conventional Center few months ago but now having another one. This time this dinner is belongs to our main department. Well you may wonder why we will have 2 separate annual dinners (actually I don't understand either). But based on my super smart and genius analytical skill (YUCK!). Apart of because the company is filthy rich, the major reason is because we have more than 200 team members.

However this time the title is Grease. Come on people; can help me to think of the costume?

Recently I had addicted to Facebook. Basically it is just a website that allow us to stay in touch with each others, while also enjoy up to 1000 free applications. Specifically, I only attracted by those free games like bejewel, hangman, crosswords etc. Not much intention of getting more friends or stay in touch (as may suffer the side effect – red bomb etc).

However while I am enjoying the game, my friends circle in Facebook also growth uncontrollable. I think all this is because I joined the TARC circle. Time to remove myself from there. Scared2…

I want Iphone!

Finally I have my first hand experience about Iphone. My kelig just bought an Iphone back from US and I got a chance to grab it, yes, physically. I was so crazy about Iphone when it first launch and when I hold it on my hand, I just feel unbelievable.

Although there are still plenty of problems and critics, but I don't mind paying $399 just to own 1. However according to my kelig, only 016 support the full functionalities, whereas 012 and 019 still waiting for improvement. Furthermore, the second generation of Iphone has new firmware updated where we do not have the crack yet. I think still got few more months to wait. Damn.

I still remembered when Air Asia first launch they provided the multi-lingual help desk, which impressed me very much because of the localization. Coming from the call center background made me understand that languages are prioritized and the key to win especially running a customer service line.

Naik Naik!

So unfortunate enough I just came across that the NKVE (Elite highway) I use to travel office/home is going to raise the toll fees again. This time is not 10cents or 20 cents but big 10percents!

Currently I am paying 6.40 each time I need to use the highway. Yeah it is a sky-high amount for me and I will only use it during emergency (rushing for meeting because stepping in late again). Otherwise I will take LDP for the sake of saving for 1.60, which allow me to afford another toll in LDP.

However due to this very expensive impact, plus the gas price is going to raised (I heard up to 2.50/l) next year. I think its time for me to consider riding bike, or change a nearby job in order to walk there.

T-Sys Open House

Burp. Yes, last Friday itu T-System open house with buffet lunch provided. Let me rewind back a bit back to few weeks ago, itu T-System advertised their open house news big big in the Sun newspaper. The event was held at Cyberview Lodge, just next to the company they are bidding.

Their intention is simple. First, korek the peoples from cyber just to build a stronger base. Secondly, I think they are trying to show the statement to HP by saying: I don't have anything here, but the only thing I have is money. Haha.

Nevertheless T-system is a very potential company **bias!**. This event shows that they are really keen in getting the contract. Well, although they have not really won the contract but at least they achieved the purpose in a way of buying our (the staffs) loyalty, and also impress the management by using their generosity (money) and sincerity (power). Comparing with itu HP, they just keeping quiet and thought the contract will fall on them… I think its time for itu HP to show us something…
