8yo Committed Cyber Crime!

The incident started since 1 or 2 months ago, where this 8 years old boy (a friend of my nephew) suddenly added me in his MSN. In fact I knew him around June, during my nephew birthday. While I am still wondering how he got me in his MSN, he started to ask money from me, giving the excuse that my nephew borrowed money from him in the school.

Thanks to him I have questioned my nephew and even made me lost my trust as this boy has been buzzing me with the money issue for more than 5 times! Until last night, while I am with my nephew and this guy came to me again in MSN, I found out he is indeed been lying all the while (without a sense shame!). This make me worried what have our society became, and what have our kids became.

He was only 8 years old and has started the cyber crime, cannot imagine what will he became when he grown up. Let see the msn chat for our conversation:

Summary:
During the entire conversation you may notice the boy keep nudging me. Not that I am too slow in response but he was fast. Obviously either this guys is either a regular chatter (or hipster?) or someone is using his account to ask money from me. First suspect, his 10 years old sister. Second suspect, his mother. As weird enough, I have ringed his house phone for 3 times and only picked up by the forth time by the mother. Wondering is the mother doing at that time, and so happened that the email the mother provided was wrong also.

Like mother like son? Anyway, to my readers, this is the time we take serious attention to our kids and that's is why I don't mask the name at all because I wanna share with you a true story.

Since the day I moved to puchong and stayed for 1 year, I have been thinking to buy my own property. After all it is time to independence and can't always depend on my family to take care for me.

However things seem unchanged for me as Saturday morning, I was told by CP that my PR has turned 2 but when I checked it is still 0. Very disappointed as all of my fellow blogger have new PR but I still remained 0. I think this is the lesson for me not to update the blog frequently. My friend's father used to owned a baby shops that sells all the baby stuffs like hampers, shirts, bottles and etc. I still remember each time if any of our friends got new born baby then we will ask this friend's help in buying the hamper and share among us. Blood Donation

It was happened before Hari Raya, I saw the banner in the lift about the blood donation campaign in my company. I was so delighted to see that poster and even set a reminder on my phone so I wont forget it.

I like when the needle poked into my skin, following by the blood stream down from my body. My friends said I am crazy, but all these started back at the first time I donated blood last year March. Till then, I feel excited each time I heard the radio or anyone tell me there is blood donation.

I am not really a healthy person. I am skinny, underweight, high-blood pressure, over cholesterols and lack of blood (i think). But somehow every time the doctor also let me passed and succeeded. This time even worse, I was sick last 2 week ago. Supposing I can't donate because taking the antibiotic but since I stopped taking last week, the doctor said never mind. Lucky me. I think if my lovely doctor knew this, sure he will give me a long-winded lesson again. But who care, I am saving life. Am I?

Fashion City

What will you think when you heard about Paris? For me my first impression will be the fashion week, Eiffel Tower, visiting museums, dining and wineries. Yeah Paris is just a trendy city that you can party all night long.

I have never been to Paris, nor France but many of my friends does. I heard many stories from them about how nice the hotels in france and how cheap the rate of the hotels in paris. But apart from the nice hotels, I would rather interest in looking for the culture and the peoples there. As you know, French are well known of their romantic behaviors. For the single man like me, I believe living there will be a heaven to me.

Well perhaps I can dream no more, as the current company that I working at is one of the country that nearby France. Maybe I should just request to transfer my work location and work there. Since the airfare travel within Europe countries are cheaper comparing with Asian countries. Time to write my proposal…

Finally its over..

After a very long and tiring participating in my friend's wedding, it has finally comes the end of the trio dinner.

Yes, my friend had 3 times wedding dinner happened in a month, and I had attended all of them. Let's rewind back a bit. First, her Kuantan's family dinner. I drove all the way together with my 2 best friends and stay 3 days 3 nights there just to help out. We prepared almost everything from the slide shows, dining hall decoration, music, rehearsal, march in songs and even be part of the 'cast and crew' holding the cloth during pictures section - to reflect the light.

A week later, we flew all the way to HK for 5 days 4 nights. That is a superb experience on top of just opened my eye with the oversea wedding culture. Lastly which held last night, 2 weeks later after HK. Again, I was the sounds and slides engineer who took care for the entire night. Other than that also part of the registration, usherer that directed people to their seats, and the phone instructor that direct people how to get there.

I think I am the expert in dealing wedding, wanna hire me?

Vasectomy

Couple of days ago I had a conversation with my colleagues who is pregnant. We spoke about growing the next generation and as most of us know, Malaysia still the country in developing and comparing to other's advance country, vasectomy seems not pretty popular here.

Nihongo

After a temporary pauses for 3 weeks, it seems very difficult to pick up from where I left.

Learning nihongo is because of my interest. I don't know what is the major intention and because of that, I think I am loosing the motivation in continuing the lesson. Some friends is telling to continue and honestly I don't wanna give up that easily as well.

But when I trying to think hard, other than using nihongo in reading comics, watching animation, play PS games, then seems like I wont use it no where else. What is the point of wasting time, effort and money? Perhaps inside of me still hoping a miracle in working and living in Japan... Dream on.

Happy Birthday Ma

19 Oct - Today is my mother's birthday. I bought her SK II anti-aging cream with a pack of eye masks.

I never bought such expensive present to her as gift and she is indeed deserve more that that. I didn't ask my siblings to share the price because this is purely from myself. I want this women to be pampered because she has been saving all her life just to pampered us. Time to turn the table and I hope in future I still have the ability to keep her feeling loved, at least before I finish my responsibility as her son.

My mom is the only women I loved the most. Happy birthday ma.

Future Path

Graduated under the local college made me always fantasize about studying and staying at oversea. However due to the financial limitation I am consider lucky enough in the family who have the opportunity to further my study in college.

However a degree in today’s society has no longer sufficient in fighting for a better job. To improve further I have been thinking to advance the degree to master. But I can’t afford to abandon my current job and income just to fulfill the future. Therefore online university seems to be the only option left for me in order to achieve the target. Well, dream is still always dreams. Action still comes second.

Kena FFK

Due to the job requirement I am arranging many teleconferences with regional focal points. Comparing to other lucky chaps they may get to fly over and stop by each region to meet face to face. Pity me but to arrange such meeting remotely and most pitiful, work extra hours, and now holiday, just to call in the teleconference to complete the job.

Don't know if I am lucky or what, recently all these focal points seems to be joining the FFK plane. Although I kena twice but I don't mind because they just play it on time as my condition not very well.

Well, thanks to one of the chaps, I am now free to write this post as interim for my next paid post. Haha..

Chilling Box

Whenever we talk about home improvement in the kitchen we definitely can't miss the refrigerators. Nowadays refrigerator is something that we cannot live without in order to keep our food fresh and convenient.

My house got 2 refrigerators; one is in the wet kitchen serving as chilling the vegetable and meats. Another one is located at the dry kitchen (or I called it as dining hall). The purpose is to keep my fast food like ham, chocolate milk and other junks. Well in today's family having 2 refrigerators are very common, some might even have more than that. 19 Oct, I play working from home today. Yes I use the word play because working from home for me consider holiday. Ok, may be slightly different from holiday because I can go anywhere but sit in front of the machine surfing net, chatting and reply couple of emails.

Being a contractor like me got no MC, AL or any other benefits. I am lucky enough to enjoy this privilege but I seems abusing it to the maximum. Not sure why but recently having a thought of looking other jobs. The depressing emotion is haunting me again. Or perhaps it's really time to go...

I am not a big fan for car accessories but I like to organize my tools properly. Recently I spotted this Four 16 by 32 inch Metal Pegboards that can hold up my screwdrivers, chain saw and others.

I think by having this remarkable Metal Pegboards, my mom will not nag me to clean up the garage storage so she can store her gardening tools.

Sick Already..

Damn, the weather there really hazy. The moment I stepped out from the cabin door can tell, because the entire sky has been covered by the yellow cloud. The air-stewardess told me this has been happening for the past few months and the visibility was very low if without raining day.

While waiting for the coach to pick us up I was worrying my health condition. As my nose was highly sensitive, even a tiny accidentally nose scratch will cause the blood open like tap water. However so lucky I don't have any trouble until the last day I was there.

I woke up with my throat like having thousands of thorn, following a bad flu day and high fever. Just back from the clinic and my doctor forced me to return there for second checkup due to the viral infection fever bad record. Pity him have to always worry about my health because of my neglecting to take care of my body. Well, he even give me the only medicine I needed (for 2 days only) so I will go back and check. What a busy body doctor, but I like it.

I think there is nothing better when you can have a nice and cozy free stay during your holiday. Well, lucky me because I just had one. Thanks to my friend who is so generous, I got to stay in a very fine hotel for 5 days 4 nights free during my recent trip.

I think I can try my luck again in near future because one of my friends is thinking to go to florida with her family. After a week of enjoyable holiday, it's time to go back for the fighting ground.

Not long ago my colleagues were so surprise when they found out I was indeed a blogger. I am not sure why but this is not something new to me, even if it is not because of money.

Let's rewind a bit back to last year, I was told by my friend that she is blogging for money. I realized she was serious when she told me she is depending the money getting from blogging is even more than her monthly salary. This really drawn my attention and that is how I came across payperpost. Like every blogger they start blogging with a theme, same goes with me. I wrote with the intention to mark down the trail of my life, my thinking and sometimes my vacations. The purpose is simple, I just want to share my story with my friends, families and perhaps extend to someone that read my blog.

However there are something unexpected for me because by writing the paid post I got to know many good deals over the internet like products, new places, vacation packages etc. On top of that, within the blogger I extend my virtual friendship with someone I don't know, or someone that I am indirectly known. Why? I have an incident where this blogger is actually a friend of my friend. What a small world isn't it? I am glad that I joined PPP and be a proud blogger. I will continue writing, and share my story, and also advise my friends around to write. Especially those migrated oversea; blog seems to the most efficient way to get their updates.

Last Minutes…

After the long and exhausting non-stop walking for the past few days, I finally drop dead now. Nevertheless it was a superb experience and I feel like a local instead of tourist. Take a look on my itinerary:

Day 1 -> Arrival of Airport > Quarry Bay (Hotel) > Sleep

Day 2 -> Cheung Kwan O > Airport (to pick up my friends) > Dong Chung shopping > Sushi with friends > Mongkok Nui Yan Gai > Quarry Bay (Hotel) > Sleep

Day 3 (Friend’s wedding) -> Mongkok (Depart from Hotel) > Cheung Kwan O (Groom’s house) > Quarry Bay (Wash/Shower) > Central (Prepare the wedding dinner banquet, supposed…) > Lan Guai Fong > Quarry Bay (Hotel) > Sleep

Day 4 -> Starbucks (Working) > Central (Go boating) > Cheung Chao > Lamma Island > Quarry Bay (Wash/shower) > Tong Lo Wan > Quarry Bay (Hotel) > Sleep

Day 5 > Pack and leave > Airport > Cyberjaya > Home sweet home

Fascinating? Yes for me.

Silver Hair

I got a long and wavy hair. I have this idea in mind where I would like to dye my hair in silver color before I cut it off. I failed to do so during the last time I cut my hair is because I can’t find the color and I don't want to have it in gray. Looks awful.

However lately I saw there is a brand in the market that is selling silver color. I am not sure if my company will allow this hairstyle but I am very tempted in trying. But somehow I am still afraid the dye will damage my hair. But when you imagine a long hair with a dazzling silver color, I doubt that will worth a try!

Finally, I Realized…

Back to my story of getting the air ticket to HK. Many peoples (including CP, other friends, my brother sister mother and cousins) also don't understand why must I travel so far just to attend the wedding dinner.

In fact I am starting to realize my motive is indeed looking a vacation, away from Malaysia. Furthermore if I don't take this chance to attend the wedding, do you think I will purposely buy a ticket and fly there just to pay her a visit in future? I think this is just nice opportunity for me to fulfill my 1 year 1 oversea trip plan. Also can achieve other objective like attend dinner, visit my friends, and give myself a break. One stone kills many birds, just my style.

Now the only thing I hope and hope and hope and hope and hope… is that Cathay to have 1 available air ticket…

BGT Error?

I have reserved a post this afternoon from BGT about the baby product. I am damn happy because recently I got many piggy mothers giving birth for their piggy babies. Therefore I am thinking to use this post to write about how pitiful for me as I had spent a lot because of this.

I even told CP how lucky I was because there is only 1 post left and I managed to grab it. CP explained this might due to other’s blogger rejected or expired so only have 1 left. However when I got home and reopen the BGT web, it was not there. What is going on? I am very sure I reserved it, how come it just magically disappeared from my reserved page?? Can someone explain to me why?

What Center?

As most of you know I was from the IT call center background. My previous company is a subsidiary of an international bank and recently they are acquiring the business card center on top of just the IT helpdesk.

Initially this is good news for my ex-colleagues because at least the company is growing and they have the chance in exploring different skills instead of just IT. Apart from that there are also new opportunities and promotions for the seniors that work in the company for long time.

However the downsize of it is that they have to learn from scratch, and scolded by the customers due to the lack of knowledge. Perhaps in future they may required to do telemarketing, like referring the Telemarketing Lists Broker to acquire more business for the bank. Well, who knows?

Fight for Flight

Not sure how the online system work by the Cathay airfare and the seats availability was just like shares market turning from green to red, or likewise.

I have been trying to make my booking on Friday night but this second it shows green, but turned red on next. On another hand my friend has confirmed the hotel and only waiting for my confirmation before 6pm. Just when the long hand touches 6, all the seats grey out. Yes you are absoXXXlutely right, all seats been taken. Damn.

Called up my friend to inform the bad news, but no way! I will try again tonight, tomorrow, and even Friday!

Go no go

This friend of mine is getting married and she is going to have 3 times dinner held in different location. First in her hometown, second in HK, and last one in KL.

Although I am staying at KL but I have just attended her hometown’s dinner last Saturday. Basically she has been insisting the 3 of us to attend all her wedding many months ago including the HK one. No doubt I totally agree that our friendship definitely worth me a trip to attend her oversea wedding. However due to the limitation of work and the objection from my mom, I have previously rejected her and I know how upset she was.

Well, I still have the chance to buy the last minute air ticket. But then I have been questioning myself non-stop that am I really wanna be there just to attend her wedding? Again, the incisiveness has caused a lot of trouble to myself, and to my friends too. Feeling bad, very bad. Friend even pointed exactly over the phone: HEY you used to be very efficient, what happen now?

Honestly, I don't know. I am still in the middle of balancing the going, or not. Especially after the dinner we went last week, about her & her husband appreciation to me in helping out/attending their wedding. I feel the importance of my presence will definitely means a lot for her cause the way she appreciated our friendship. Downsize of it, this made me such an asshole for not going. Damn, what am I suppose to do now?

Phone Bill Story

I had a very unhappy phone bill experience last year during my trip to Shanghai. This unhappy incident painted a black spot in my memory, but served as a great lesson for me to learn, and of course hoping for others too when I share this story.

Thanks to the flight transit I was required to stop by Thailand for 4 hours. Without much things to do I make a couple of call while waiting my turn to on board. Well, you know, talking is fun. Especially for a vacation trip, I tend to chat longer about the expectation for the trip with my friends. Somehow there goes my bill and it doesn’t stop there, as when I was in Shanghai I made even more calls because I stayed there for about 2 weeks. Honestly I have already prepared myself to expect a pricey bill but somehow it turns out the bill was unexpectedly high.

With this bad experience I am now very careful in making calls whenever I travel. But many times making calls are unavoidable because I do not want to change my phone number using another prepaid calling cards. Therefore I am hoping to get international calling cards that can save my money.

Annoyed

Lately I have these kinda symptoms – indecisive, cannot find the balance, do not know what I want, over worried and clueless.

I hate this because it is affecting every second of my life. It just like there are 3 person lives inside of me discussing every matter, event, and case I met. I just couldn’t make up my mind and think straight because I keep looking the balance to please the both side, while on another hand I am standing between 0-100.

I strongly believe the other 2 living inside of me are evils. None of them is angel. Thanks to them my emotional graph is riding on roller coaster now. I think peoples around me started to notice my unusual behavior as they aware most of the time I am either contradicts to myself, or answer them ‘not sure’.

I think if this phenomenon keeps staying on, most probably my unconsciousness will create few more, or even uncountable personalities. Save me, please, tell me what to do.
