Our house is getting renovate very soon. For the last few weeks we have been busy looking for the contractors, comparing the price, materials, design and structures. On top of that I am also busy running for the facilities registration like electricity and water supply. In addition also run around the lawyer and bank trying to settle the remaining bills and debts.
If you notice, all that I mentioned above has financially impacted on me. Each transaction required fees. And I feel like my wallet is a giant tap, and the monies are flowing like the water out nonstop, without replenishment.
I guess while i am still affordable, I should buy gold bars so I can use the dividend I earned to pay for each transaction!

Decent 2
I am not an expert in writing critics or review for songs or movie but I decided to put down few words to this movie because I found it is rather interesting, and partially is becaus i wanna fill up the space before the BGT post. haha...
Last nite I watched Decent 2. The first part was premier on air about 4 to 5 years back and this second part was on show in US about a year or 2 ago. And it only reaches MY recently (Malaysia Boleh?!). Well scrap those, the point is the movie. The story is about 5 ladies enter a new found cave for exploratory but being slaughter by the native - a blind humanlike creature that lived underground that hunt animals for meat and flesh.
Eventually all died with one remain in the second part to search for the survivor, and as expected, all died in the end. The fun of this movie is not about the story but the expected scene that the director prepared to frighten you. It is getting funnier as you can predict it again and again and i guess i am not the one who thought so, otherwise the other audiences in the cinema wont laugh together with me after each scary scene. haha....

Down again
I notice my body immune system is rather weird. I dont think it is related to my personality althought I admit sometimes i acting a bit strange : ) Just like recently, the flu, cough and fever is getting better since last 2 weeks but it turned very badly again in this few days. This is not the first time I encountered this kinda symptoms and I suspect I hit the same decease again twice before the first recovery...
But when I explained this to the doctor, he always give me the strange look like i am kidding. Well, perhaps it is true but my sis just told me, why I always fell sick longer than usual, or others? I am speechless...

My Cousin's New BF
Recently my cousin sister is dating a saloon stylist. He is young, edgy and just launched his own saloon last month in the hottest mall in town. All these while in my thought I see comestology is rather a difficult occupation as it required skills but yet less popularity. However looking at his success in this area, my point of view is begin to shifted.
It is quite true indeed, judging from the fashion trend and the heat created from all the reality shows like American Next Top Model. Stylist is getting popular and a good business. Perhaps i am just old school with the old thinking. But somehow I do encourage youngster to check out Cosmetology School in Austin if they want to pursue the stylist dream, or anything related to the cosmetology.

Headache
There are times in my life where things just spam me all at the same time. This round, my boss is in town. I need to entertain him, feed him, wipe his ass and bring him around like a dickhead. Unfortunately (or fortunate?!!) I just got the key for the house i waited for 8 months. I am damn anxious to start the renovation but it turns out we are right in the ghost month now. What a lovely combination... Best of all, home fair is coming weekend and I was hoping to get some cheap deal from there, but i dont think so now since there is plenty of messy items to consider for the reno.
The worse it, I am down with flu, cough, nose block and i am expecting fever to join the party soon. Then one last thing, the eSaver account is offering 5% interest rate until end Oct. Damn I can easily earn more if the tenant is not ending soon! Kns how i wish all these will turn into positive with just a snap!

Ular King
I am in TPM today because this morning i got appointment with my first contractor to see my house and discuss for renovation. Oh do I mention to you my boss is in town and i still managed to squeeze time for my personal thing without his notice? hahaa...

So for today's ular session, i created a story that i need to go tpm for meeting, and indeed there is none but to render my gracious conscious, i still back there so i wont feel 'that' guilty. haha. Anyhow it was a good move cause I met some key person and managed to finished few important tasks!

Direction?
Recently a colleague of mine which I just knew for less than 3 months is telling me that he would like to leave the company. I asked him for the reason and he told me it is not because of the jobs and money but it is something that he would like to achieve personally but in this role it couldn't satisfy him.
I admire his personality and bravery, and I do hope that I could be like him but the direction I am heading is not facing and fixing more challenges, but it is a path to get more return from the gold investment. Boss in Town
This round he is coming here to run hand over, not the giving but the receiving end. His role is expanding and he got more staffs report under him, in MY some more. There is a huge change coming soon, the one who is giving is moving to another role, big chap but seems like not significant anymore.
For my boss, i asked him if this is his promotion, but he said not sure as package remained unchanged. Well, i do believe for now but i also believe he will get a better package later. He is good in talking, typical dao si, I don't like his style but no choice cause he is my boss.
The question i have now is, will he move on completely to his new role? In fact I asked him last night, and I sort of hear he told me yes there is a plan. I wish. haha...

My Business
The first attempt is not as smooth as i thought and i experienced and learned a lot from it because of the sweet and sour. The numeration is inevitably good but the knowledge and lesson that comes with it is priceless.
From there i experience how to pick a good partner, how it feels like for hiring someone to help you, how to ask someone to work and rush deadline for your customer, how it feels like when the customer release the money to your pocket, and out of all the above, the most memorable is the painful experience is to deceived by some stupid vendor.
However, I am all ready for the coming one. The partner is waiting, the event is waiting, the customer is waiting, and everything is ready except I am lazy to prepare the materials...

Although I am working in a bank but I am not really the pro in the product until recently one of the ex-colleagues that moved to branch banking introduced us the good deal of one product which offers high market return - 5%.
Comparing with other banks that just giving pitiful less than 3% interest, this definitely stands the hell out of them. Well for money thirst monster like me of course I will not let the chance slip from my finger and so I have register myself on it. However, I still hope they will offer gold bullion investment instead as eventually that will be the highest return based on world market rate.

Do you know you can tell ones personality by looking at your birth date? There are tons of classes in the west to teach you that but among the famous, i think it's numeracy.
Basically it sums the date, month and years of birth and make up the total for a number, and arrange it in a way that the calculator can join the line in order to explain your personality.
In fact and again, I think this whole thing is amazing but not in terms of the accuracy, its the amazing thoughts of how a human brain can think of making business with all these minor numbers. BTW for Chinese we have something similar called "eight words", and i think it is far more accurate? I wish.

Tarot
Had a dinner with my good friends last Friday. They been to this 2 days tarot class to learn how to read tarot. According to them the student that graduated running this same line business and charging RM150 per customer. This looks like a bright future but after my attempts of playing, in my opinion, I think this is a very unrealistic game and not worth the money...
Perhaps it is them that not skill enough yet, or it is me that never believe in this thing. But again, it always has a way to answer the question in a very indirect way to make them innocent, and the best and accurate.

Cozy
As I have just gotten the key for my house, I am thinking to renovation and move in as well. As the house I bought is a 15 years old property, there is a scroll of long list to fix and buy. Apart from the hectic items to consider for the renovation, there are also plenty of household appliances to get in order to move in with comfortable and cozy environment. In fact I just want a secure, cozy and a place that I could hang out with friends and family. However looking at my current financial ability I dont think i could afford any of them unless I invest in the gold coin for higher return.
