Our house is getting renovate very soon. For the last few weeks we have been busy looking for the contractors, comparing the price, materials, design and structures. On top of that I am also busy running for the facilities registration like electricity and water supply. In addition also run around the lawyer and bank trying to settle the remaining bills and debts.
If you notice, all that I mentioned above has financially impacted on me. Each transaction required fees. And I feel like my wallet is a giant tap, and the monies are flowing like the water out nonstop, without replenishment.
I guess while i am still affordable, I should buy gold bars so I can use the dividend I earned to pay for each transaction!
