Recently a colleague of mine which I just knew for less than 3 months is telling me that he would like to leave the company. I asked him for the reason and he told me it is not because of the jobs and money but it is something that he would like to achieve personally but in this role it couldn't satisfy him.
I admire his personality and bravery, and I do hope that I could be like him but the direction I am heading is not facing and fixing more challenges, but it is a path to get more return from the gold investment.
