Hoteles

I still remembered when Air Asia first launch they provided the multi-lingual help desk, which impressed me very much because of the localization. Coming from the call center background made me understand that languages are prioritized and the key to win especially running a customer service line.

Today, there are many multi-lingual hotel website that ease the surfer/customer to read and book the Hoteles online. However when it comes to the booking over the phone, mostly only served 1 language. Somehow Hotels.com is making the process easier for Spanish-speaking travelers because they have a dedicated customer service center (800-316-4145) provided to meet the needs and interests of Spanish-speaking individuals in the United States.
