Despite all the wind wind rain rain today I finally sign my mai san kai as the permanent staff. So ironically I have the 1 on 1 with my boss right before the signing ceremony. However I can feel that my boss also kinda reluctant to discuss my package etc. Perhaps he is feeling bad, afterall he was the one for being so unsupportive and rejected all my request.
Anyway, I do not have time to look back. What past has past. The only thing I hope now is to look forward, work harder so I and negotiate a better package on the coming performance review. Yeah I have not give up yet!
