Attrition

I used to be very depressed when I came across any colleague leaving the company. Anyhow as time goes by I am taking it more and more easy...

Thanks to the few quick jumps within a year, it taught me the meaning of leaving is just another beginning of a new journey and of course, that is not the end. Today I have met many ex-colleagues whenever I joined the new company. Not to say those who had changed the field but within our line, we can't run too far from these few company.

Today there is a colleague who joined the same date as me, but left 1 hour ago. If I tell you I am totally immune with the depression then you wont see this post, ever.
