Physio 初体验

Finally, I took the advice from Dortor Low to go for physio. Excited, I must say cause first, I had a glimpse on the decor and facilities and so I am quite eager to experience them. Secondly is I hope to recover asap. The appointment is 1pm and it took 2 hours to complete the session. Wondering why it took so long? Look at the following activities, I hope I have listed them all..

1. Gentle massage and rubbing for the injured ankle.
2. Ultrasound treatment for ankle for 5 min - numb and slight tinkling pain.
3. Hot pack to stretch the muscles.
4. Massage for the knees, to adjust it back in the center.
5. Ultrasound treatment for knee for 5 min - nice..
6. Begin ankle gym. First is walking on the treadmill . Direction forward, left, backward, and right. Each 2.5min, total 10min.
7. Balancing game. Stand on a board to balance for left/right for 3 min. Then front/back for another 3 min.
8. Walking game, using toe and hill - 3 round each. Total about 10 min.
9. Tip toeing - 5 Min.
10. Leaning game. Lean the body forward to the wall while standing on a 45 degree sloping board.
11. Begin knee gym. First is staircase game. Super slow movement stepping down from a low bench. Repeat 15x for each side.
12. Knee exercise. Raise the left foot, then on right foot, point the toe to the right and squad slightly for 5 second. Repeat 15x for each side.
13. Ball game. Lay on a big ball against the wall as a back support, then slip a small ball in the middle of legs, lower down the body and squeeze the ball =_=". Then up and repeat for 20x.
12. Last, stretching. Bend down your waist and try to touch your toe. Do it as frequent as drinking water!!
13. Back to the place for cold pack. Then bye2 and see you in 2 days later.

Look easy and relaxing eh? In fact it is not. Especially the gym part, it is freaking tough since each activity is concentrating on my weakest area ie. knee and ankle only. My legs are having earthquake throughout the whole session. Now I am suffering from the after effect - still shaking. Haha... What's more? I have to do it at home also everyday in order to get the best result. What the eff...

Well that's not it. The nuclear bomb (according to CP) is during the payment counter. Each session cost RM260!! And so 'lucky' they are having package, so every 6x cost 'only' RM1300. What the effing eff... Anyhow, I signed up. Really hope can reimburse from the company medical claim... Otherwise really EFF them.
