Recently a colleague of mine which I just knew for less than 3 months is telling me that he would like to leave the company. I asked him for the reason and he told me it is not because of the jobs and money but it is something that he would like to achieve personally but in this role it couldn't satisfy him.
I admire his personality and bravery, and I do hope that I could be like him but the direction I am heading is not facing and fixing more challenges, but it is a path to get more return from the gold investment. Boss in Town
This round he is coming here to run hand over, not the giving but the receiving end. His role is expanding and he got more staffs report under him, in MY some more. There is a huge change coming soon, the one who is giving is moving to another role, big chap but seems like not significant anymore.
For my boss, i asked him if this is his promotion, but he said not sure as package remained unchanged. Well, i do believe for now but i also believe he will get a better package later. He is good in talking, typical dao si, I don't like his style but no choice cause he is my boss.
The question i have now is, will he move on completely to his new role? In fact I asked him last night, and I sort of hear he told me yes there is a plan. I wish. haha...

My Business
The first attempt is not as smooth as i thought and i experienced and learned a lot from it because of the sweet and sour. The numeration is inevitably good but the knowledge and lesson that comes with it is priceless.
From there i experience how to pick a good partner, how it feels like for hiring someone to help you, how to ask someone to work and rush deadline for your customer, how it feels like when the customer release the money to your pocket, and out of all the above, the most memorable is the painful experience is to deceived by some stupid vendor.
However, I am all ready for the coming one. The partner is waiting, the event is waiting, the customer is waiting, and everything is ready except I am lazy to prepare the materials...

Although I am working in a bank but I am not really the pro in the product until recently one of the ex-colleagues that moved to branch banking introduced us the good deal of one product which offers high market return - 5%.
Comparing with other banks that just giving pitiful less than 3% interest, this definitely stands the hell out of them. Well for money thirst monster like me of course I will not let the chance slip from my finger and so I have register myself on it. However, I still hope they will offer gold bullion investment instead as eventually that will be the highest return based on world market rate.

Do you know you can tell ones personality by looking at your birth date? There are tons of classes in the west to teach you that but among the famous, i think it's numeracy.
Basically it sums the date, month and years of birth and make up the total for a number, and arrange it in a way that the calculator can join the line in order to explain your personality.
In fact and again, I think this whole thing is amazing but not in terms of the accuracy, its the amazing thoughts of how a human brain can think of making business with all these minor numbers. BTW for Chinese we have something similar called "eight words", and i think it is far more accurate? I wish.

Tarot
Had a dinner with my good friends last Friday. They been to this 2 days tarot class to learn how to read tarot. According to them the student that graduated running this same line business and charging RM150 per customer. This looks like a bright future but after my attempts of playing, in my opinion, I think this is a very unrealistic game and not worth the money...
Perhaps it is them that not skill enough yet, or it is me that never believe in this thing. But again, it always has a way to answer the question in a very indirect way to make them innocent, and the best and accurate.

Cozy
As I have just gotten the key for my house, I am thinking to renovation and move in as well. As the house I bought is a 15 years old property, there is a scroll of long list to fix and buy. Apart from the hectic items to consider for the renovation, there are also plenty of household appliances to get in order to move in with comfortable and cozy environment. In fact I just want a secure, cozy and a place that I could hang out with friends and family. However looking at my current financial ability I dont think i could afford any of them unless I invest in the gold coin for higher return.
