After playing for the ops sikap for few weeks, I finally took the advice from the transition manager and talk to my boss about the promotion of G. Today I purposely hand him to sign on my MC and I took him to the room for 5 minutes talk.
Honestly I am very surprised with his toleration this time after all his suppression and rejection. Although he didn't promise anything but at least the toleration ease me well. Perhaps he may retain or move on to new company, I don't know, as I heard from my transition manager that most guai lo don't like Hitler company. But I would really appreciate if my boss can make this happen, and of course, gain my motivation back and finish all the shits in a snap! Yes, Ops Sikap works!
