As the technology moving faster today there are many applications widely used by every company. My company has at least 10 thousand of applications and as a normal user, although I do not have to use each application but I still have to memorize at least 10 different passwords in order to work as usual. Not to forget we still have our personal email account hosted on the public server.
Normal employee like us has suffered from this problem, how about those user administrations that used 10 or 100 times different application than us? I think the best solution is to provide a password vault to keep all the passwords. This way we can ensure the security yet reduce the manual work!
