ZiPhone

According to the reading I’ve done from the iLiberty’s creator website – George Zhu, says that ZiPhone works by downgrading the base band to 3.9 and it stays there without the ability to reverse back, so far. This has created numerous of risks for users like us, unless you plan not to upgrade the latest firmware, then it’s fine.

Another risk that you may bear is the void of warrantee. Due to the irreversible function, the phone will consider as void and apple will not provide further support. I had a colleague who bought her iPhone from US and she dropped it in the water… Lucky for her as she uses proxy-SIM, thus in the end she sent the phone back to US apple but I aren’t sure what the status next.

So as conclusion, if you don't mind to take the abovementioned risks, then please use ZiPhone because as studied it has better successful records comparing with iLiberty.
