Comparing to my current job role I am indeed found that my previous role made me feels I am more important because no matter what I did also involved dollar and cents. Not to forget to mentioned that I also got a boss who constantly reminded me on the urgency of almost everything.
Back to my current role, in fact I don’t find myself important at all because everyone does the same thing. The equality here always been prioritize and thus working here also seems very peaceful, just like an old employee waiting for retirement.
I admitted that I am enjoying now, but something inside of me is telling me to go further. Maybe it’s time to move on.
