I think my neighbor must have been into some troubles or something. It has been 7 or 8 years we staying together but they also behave quite normally until recently, they like to turn on the loud music at night.
Say for example, now is already 11.49pm but I can still hear the techno beat from my room. Perhaps I should return their good will by turning my Marilyn Manson music louder…
