Basically there are no differences between these 2 products because both also using to store and manage the documents. In fact for me I am still unsure the purpose when we can simply replace by an Intranet share drive…
Well basically I am using Livelink to manage the documents for my customer. On top of just using it, I am also defined a set of complicated process to make my customer feels that the tool is sucks. Not sure why the company want to make it so complicated, but no choice. They paid me to make people’s life difficult. Hahaa…
