I was wonder why would my current company have many youngster but achieved the manager title. I got the understanding from my senior later that they are the university graduates who score good result and joined in the G-Scheme.
They started off as the management trainee and been assigned to different department in order to absorb the working experiences for the duration of 2 years. Each of them will be evaluated by the departmental manager and required to go through a series of training in order to pass the challenge and become manager.
So for the youngster out there I would suggest them to take a course from capella university then perhaps can join the next batch of G-Scheme.
