Thirst for Training

After working as a contractor for about 2 years, I feel that my knowledge is not enough to cope with the market requirement.

I have just attended the Local People Principle at the current company and the management is telling that the training funding is still under utilization. Unfortunately that is only applicable to staff only. I think if I entitled the budget, most properly I will request to attend the courses provided by capella university.

I think I am really desperate to attend training and courses now because I already in the level of reading other technical document to reduce my thirst.
