Being a working individual in this cruel industry by having a degree is not sufficient enough to compete with others. Therefore the best approach to take one step further is by improving the knowledge as much as possible.
Nevertheless study will never ending and that is why choosing a suitable course for yourself will make a significant difference. Personally I will choose coaching in order for myself to move one level higher. For me I think as a manager rather than focusing on individuals in limited or problem-oriented ways, inspire them to an appreciative and empowering view of themselves and their future is much more appreciated.
