Do you prefer to buy a property through agent or direct to the owner? I am not sure about you but for me I will opt for the second choice.
First is the money. If I were to go for agent, yes I will have more variety to choose and better location (perhaps?). Price in return of course will be higher comparing to owner. For the always-in-budget person like me, I will see from the value instead of variety.
