Lately don’t know why I always feel my stomach is loaded even I just simply take 2 vege or 2 pieces of chickens. It is true that is not only have the feeling of filling but I can see my stomach big big also. Weird…
I think maybe its time to show the symptoms in moving to the mid age uncle groups liao… sei lo. I think this is my worse nightmare ever for having a round stomach, when body still slim slim. Yuck! Disgusting!
I think I need to diet and keep fit liao…
