I was once offered the very high profile trainer position but I rejected. Initially I was damn regretted (although now still a bit), but I was never regretted in the reason for rejecting.
Recently I was asked to train the newbies that just on-boarded. It’s the matter of fact that I feel weird, as I have just been here 3 months in exact, but they already asking me to conduct training. Luckily it was not that hard, but right after the classroom it makes me feel that I should have do more reading because there are still more room to improve.
Well I wont blame the company by asking so but instead I am glad that I experienced the fun time for what I have missed – to becoming a good trainer. Hahaa…
